Solid video and I completely agree. Cables and machines are much better for activation and growth. Plus it minimizes the risk of injuries. Straight facts 🙌

I wanted to ask. I am interested in wanting to know what those cuff things you always use are called on the cable machines? I can't find them online as can only find straps. I did see one guy in the gym using the cuff things but never got to ask him where he got them.

Sorry my friend, but you are very wrong !! Free weights will always give better results than machines.. Ask Dorian Yates, Jay Cutler, Ronnie Coleman, Kevin Levrone etc..... Yes they all used machines at some point. but all admit that free weights are the bread and butter of true bodybuilding and far superior if you want results...... Anyway that said. No offence intended, I love your videos, please keep up the good work.. Peace...

Ok let’s put it like this. If I am wrong please show me your results and clients results to back this up, I can show you literally 100s progress shots from clients alone making crazy progress to add - dorian & jay MOSTLY used machines exactly as I state in the video.

@@KubaSylvesterCielen You think thats true for all bodyparts? What I mean is from my own persoal experience, getting strong and solid execution of free weights for pressing has shown greater returns than machine counter parts. TBH, there are very few pressing machines I rate, Watson High Incline being one of them. Obviously I use machines as a means of variation and avoid overuse injury as needed

Pete, bodybuilding has come a long way since then bro. There are a lot of VERY good machines out there these days and in terms of hypertrophy, machines will always be better for accuracy and building muscle.

Machines are only good for targeting the back in my opinion

@Tristan Bill yeah but the golden era of bodybuilding was back in the day, the physiques were more aesthetic
