    Anybody else always realize that Joe is Big. He never looks small around these guys. And he wears oversized shirts. Hypertrophy Coach can still hang while being a full time dad

    Okay the only negative thing I have to say about this video the music get rid of it I want to hear him talk the knowledge that he's given is priceless my coaching trainer teaches me the same thing but I learned some new stuff today the bent over row with rdls holy s*** I'm definitely going to subscribe good stuff

    What’s your thoughts on doing this superset with dumbbells? Gym has crap attachments for T-bar!

    I like blessings physique but I feel like he still needs alittle more size esp in certain Areas to hang with the best,I think with alittle more time he can get there

    Hey , what it will be your best advice about Patellar tendinitis during hamstring curls... I just recovered the tendinitis and I'm afraid to have pain again. What position should my feets be? Turn in or out during curl hamstring? Thx for your time

    Hey coach, no matter what my deltoids and arms doesn't grow like my other body parts, what should I do, and recently I had/have tricep tendonitis.

      Tough to say. Same as every body part. Address form first. Address form when training close to failure. Better exercise selection. Train them as often as you can recover from them.

    Suggestion : if you're gonna stick to long format videos , then please add time-stamps in the description, so that it's easier for the viewers to jump to the important parts.
    Most people won't sit through an hour long video that doesn't have timestamps.

    Tip for the video editor: don't use music with words while coach is talking, it's too distracting.

      This issue is why is your patella hurting? Hamstrings usually don’t bother it as much as say jumping or running. The Hammies control a lot of knee tracking but the teardrop area if lacking activation allow for the knee to float and cause patella issues but rarely have I seen ham work cause patella pain.
