The Underwear Bandit I'm not a huge fan of DC but I'm fairly certain superman and batman have multiple confrontations and batman only wins in one, the one the movie is based off.
From my count, they've fought seven times and Batman has won five of the seven. The reason is that Superman is a more boring character to write for, so when they bring in outside people to write vs stories, they always wanna' make Batman the good guy and the good guy always wins. Only one of these stories was canon, though, and it's not the one this movie's based on. It's actually very recent and from The New 52 continuity where the Joker poisons Supe's brain. The fight's actually really badass, but Bats has Superman on the ropes from the start, even though Supe's not holding back due to insanity. Batman almost loses due to his only concern being to save Clark's life. I think the time Batman shot Superman with a Kryptonite bullet to free him from Braniac's control was also canon, but that came out so long ago I don't remember. Anyways, in the movie yes, they're probably going to fight and then call it a draw due to movie makers being terrified of fan hate.

When I first saw this, I hadn't seen Shia's original video or the actual BvS trailer. I genuinely thought this was the real thing when my friend showed it to me at school, & I thought Shia was playing Robin, but it was kept secret. I thought Robin was motivating batman to get back into the game. I was so happy with it & excited.
Then. I found the jokes. The compilations. The mockery that turns faith filled men cruel. & in the comedy I eventually saw the original DO IT video.
I was so fucking motivated & happy again. Shia turned my life around with the key to life.
So I'm happy because I'm motivated by Shia, but I'm bitterly disappointed by the fact he wasn't in BvS. Fair play.
