Love the skylight and that loft would be a nice sitting area with entertainment setup. The built-in multi-purpose table, and the end of the wheel well below would be a good space for my wireless printer/scanner. Maybe you can put a shelf over the water heater, for extra storage.
The entire layout is perfect for living comfortable. My favorite spot is the living room with fireplace and space for TV above it. The bathroom is roomy enough, and the loft is good size too. Oh, and the windows are well placed and plentiful, creating excellent lighting..... Okay, yes I love everything about it, lol 😊 it's perfect, and I could definitely see living in it!!!! Oh yes, one more thing, the stackable washer/dryer great to have, and tucked away nicely, and the storage too. Okay again yes, love it all, and would take this as my home sweet home 😊❤️🌤️
I really like this house. I would make that room on the main floor with the split barn doors the bedroom, since you can close it off, and put a regular height bed - I would go with a full-size adjustable bed with storage space under the bed, a bed skirt. On the back wall, I would put a shelf, and a hanging rod underneath, and a dresser. I would put mount my TV above the fireplace and a shelf to place my DVR & Blu-Ray Player. In the loft, since it is so open, put some bean bag chairs, a TV, mount an electric fireplace, and some cube stands, and a place to put a stereo system, and game center. Probably put the bean bag chairs on the high wall near the skylight. That room would be neat for crafting of just sitting. Maybe some carpet squares over padding, which would be easier on the knees. I would want a shower curtain rod, to hang a cool shower curtain. Behind the toilet, a shelf to extend the vanity, for a jewelry box, or rest a curling iron or hair dryer on. I would put a LG Wash Tower, that has both a washer & dryer, with the controls in the middle, and being on that stand, the controls would be closer to my eye level. I am too short to reach & see the controls for a separate dryer. LG solved that issue with their Wash Tower that comes in gas or electric dryer models that vent out. I would paint the walls red (instead of gray) in the kitchen and Blue (instead of dark gray) in the bedroom. Either blue or red in the bathroom. I am going for a Nautical, Patriotic, Americana vibe. I am hoping that is not an induction stove top. I like to use whatever pots and pan set without having to worry about whether or not it works on that stove top. With these modifications and furniture placements, I can see me in this house. I really like the floorplan, and would rather use the loft as a living, crafting, reading entertaining area as it is so open. The other room would make a nice bedroom, since you can close it off for privacy, and have a regular height bed, and and a nice electric fireplace to keep you warm at night, with wall space for a TV on a mount.
Just do a queen size bed, keep the bedroom area clean. Add small night stand and lamp. A small cubby storage area for folded clothes. It is a nice place.
I will change the color of the inside and outside of the house. For the loft area, will put a curtain so that no one can see. For loft, will put a Japanese style mattress that can be folded, a foldable small table & closet. For room downstair, I would like it to be an art & craft room & space to use my soft toys. I don’t need a tv as I hardly watch it. ☺️😉😊

I think that to have on demand water heating, you must have propane or natural gas. If your source of heating is electric, you need a hot water tank. As far as the house goes, it's beautiful but I would not want to sleep in a loft.
Hmmmm…dishwasher needs to be close to the sink. You rinse the dishes then place them in the dishwasher that should be right next to the sink. The fridge should be closer to the sink as well. I would have put that washer & dryer in the bathroom. Don’t like the kitchen cabinet color or all the mixes of wood colors. Oh and the oven could have been put under the stove top The functionality of the kitchen is poor

If they were they would have used a light coloured wall... The dark wood is totally over powering. The loft is fine for tiny people.
