Housekeeping notes: I removed Blackberry Spice from Ryan’s warmer late on the 4th day. Regarding White Amber & Silk …I wondered if it was just me having issues so I went to Erica’s room and had an exchange with her that went something like this …. (I forgot to mention this in the video!) Me - What do you smell? (Pointing to warmer) Erica - Nothing. Why? What am I suppose to smell? Me - (pointing again) I need feedback on the scent in your room. Erica- I can’t smell anything. I must have gone noseblind. What is it? Me - It’s called White Amber & Silk. Erica - Yes! That’s what I smell. Me - What’s it smell like to you? Erica - (long pause) I have no idea. I can’t smell anything! 🤣🤣 * also please don’t type in any swear words in the comments section or TH-cam will flag your comment and we won’t see it!
I like the variety of scents. I like the ability to put bars in the club that may not come back. I wish they didn't charge for local pickup because seriously why is there a fee for that. Makes no sense.
I love Scentsy Clubs. I love BBMB. I have all 3 clubs and I WISH when multiple clubs hit on the same month that we only have to pay for one shipping fee instead of being charged a shipping fee for each club. They are being delivered at the same time.
I’m not sure but I suspect they must be trying to simplify the shipping process for themselves. I know when placing multiple vendor wax orders some companies will combine shipping and some won’t … I expect it complicates matters but that’s just me guessing.
As you know I desperately want Cozy Spice back in BBMB but it is never up for voting, so my biggest complaint would be that they don't seem to put scents that were in collections up for voting. My other complaint would be the price of shipping. The more you spend the more expensive the shipping gets which is quite opposite of what most other companies do. I know they are supposed to be changing that in club but I don't think they are changing that for regular orders. There are many positives to Scentsy. I love the bricks that come out every Holiday season and I really do love the cleaning products, especially the bathroom cleaner.
Patricia is my favorite Scentsy YT she is funny & brutally honest which I highly value. I wish Scentsy would fly her to Idaho to smooth snags in BBMB process she should be on the payroll. Seriously. Feedback-- *I do appreciate Scentsy and their continued efforts to keep things interesting. *I wish Scentsy would swap out their bricks to season Fall & Spring. *I would have the option to ADD more bars to current SC bc some singles need to be double or triples. I like when Scentsy places things randomly in clearance its brilliant an unexpected joyous occasion (Scentsy Addict)
I agree the blackberry spice has some type of cherry/plum scent! And definitely deep fruit type of scent! I warmed it with black raspberry vanilla because I felt the spice would be to much and I did half a cube of the blackberry spice and one cube of the black raspberry vanilla, and the spice was very overpowering but in such a good way! Like I first when I smelled this back in September/October I did not like it as much but I noticed the scent changed for me. Like “I’m snow over it” I didn’t like at first but then I LOVED it. I agree with you on it being strong scent, I have it going in my bedroom and I can smell it from garage which is the other side of the house, I’m kinda of like I’m the middle so the scent really flows out evenly. The quality of the products that I love and the accessibility of the over all company. (The website is so easy to navigate, and my consultant will go above and beyond the call of duty to make sure you are taken care of!) I've dealt with other companies like Scentsy with no comparison. Scentsy is the best!
Suggestion: I wish they would mix up the brick offerings in the club more .. maybe bring back former popular scents in the brick rotation (like Happy Birthday). Make the selection more interesting. Things I love: Always Get My Bar and Bring Back My Bar! ❤️ And Scentsy has been killing it with some amazing licensed warmers. They're works of art!
Totally agree on the licensed warmers - being a huge Disney fan, I have NOT been able to resist some this psst year (Villains All the Rage, Mrs. Potts, Little Mermaid, and trying NOT to cave, and order Wall-E!!). What I love is that even the ones I'm not currently using to warm make gorgeous additions to my Disney vibe home decor!!

Love Club & BBMB. I wish we could move individual bars to other frequencies in Club, even if only for a limited time. I think it would only benefit Scentsy by selling more overall.
Hi Patricia, love the two stars and a wish idea. For my stars: ⭐️ I really like Scentsy warmers, most of them are truly beautiful. ⭐️ Scentsy club is great. It’s so nice being able to keep favorite bars ⭐️ for an extra star, bbmb is such a great chance to try older or popular scents Wish: I wish Scentsy would offer older bars more often. I thought this years Father’s Day collection, with a group of older, popular bars was a great idea. I wish Scentsy would do that more often. Instead of offering so many LTO with new collections, maybe they could rerelease some popular collections and bars every so often.
Blackberry Spice sounds delicious. I have Ghostly Greeting in my club, and it's a scent my sons always request for their rooms. ⭐The Counter Clean is magic, but not on counters. It gets anything out of fabric or upholstery and has saved me many times. A must have in a home! ⭐These warmers are stunning and keep getting even better. 🌠 My wish was about the loss of free shipping in club, replaced by ridiculous shipping fees, but it seems Scentsy heard that wish & reasonable flat rates are coming in Sept! Not the free shipping I think loyal big purchase customers deserve, but a very needed improvement since shipping fees shouldn't be the price of a warmer. Thank you!
Likes: I like the availability and ease of getting products. I also like that Theo warmers are nice designs. The only negative that I have is the bakery scents. I hate to say it, but I just don’t think that they do bakery well. When I think of vendor wax bakery, it just blows Scentsy out of the water in scent appeal and variety. This was a great question!
I tend to automatically disregard bakery scents if there's ANY dough/crust component in it - to me it smells like when my son worked at Subway, and he'd come home smelling like a mix of fresh dough and body sweat. Not pleasant to say the least :D
Yes! I, for one, am not scared that Blackberry Spice resembles Ghostly Greetings. I ADORE Ghostly Greetings having just found it for the first time in Clearance. I have now put in my order for Blackberry Spice. I love the deep, dark and mysterious scents with resins and spice. For my two stars and a wish, I like Scentsy club tremendously and the fun of BBMB because I'm new to Scentsy and like to see the previous offerings. What I wish is that Scentsy would at least offer a few "controversial" scents for people like me. I can never hope to vote anything like Ghostly Greetings back because it is not mainstream.
More people like Ghostly Greetings as time goes on (so it seems). They are different; Blackberry Spice is more subdued. I think the musky fruitiness makes me associate one with the other.

A few contraversial scents now and again would be fabu!. I'm one of those who loved Tomato Vine, chillin' and Grillin', Buzz Worthy and Midnight in Curacao.
Love = BBMB and Collection Bars! Love = Scentsy Club and YOUR reviews! Wish = I wish Scentsy would extend the BBMB time to beyond the 30 days. Shipping is slow and I would love to try the scents first to see if they are club worthy. By the time I receive them, the BBMB window to order more bars is closed. Such a bummer. 😥
I agree with extending it more than the 30 days. I didn't get my bars in June until the 23rd or 24th. I had no time to try all of them so I stock up on ones I liked.

I do have to say...I recently sent a set of 6 bars with ice pack and a few felt samples to a customer. Not a large box by any means...cost $16.53. So I think their shipping isn't that bad at all.
I love Ghostly Greetings and it’s been in my club from day 1 🤣💜👻 I do really like dark berries, spicy and woods so I will probably enjoy BS! I have yet to get the smell from Scentsy of Orange peel & cinnamon sticks simmering on the stove 😏 I may mix with Homestead Holiday! 1. Club 2. BBMB 3. Be able to add any bars that show up in flash sales,clearance or in any bundle to club!
I often think of the flash sale or Clearance bars as a “cheaper than club” way to purchase bars you wish you would have clubbed before. At least it reduces the sting by getting it at a better deal
My experience with White Amber & Silk was much like your own. On my review of the scent I said it wasn't worth my time so I appreciate your honest opinion. Like you, I'm going to pick up another bar and let it sit for the next 4 or 5 months and try again. It's such a nice scent but as it stands, I agree, it's a waste of money. As for your question, I'm not sure I have anything new to add that hasn't been said in the comments. I agree that club is probably the biggest plus, bbmb also although I do question the voting process. Minuses would be shipping for sure. I'd also love to see a Bring Back My Collection every now and then because they've come out with some fantastic ones and the scents never seem to come up for voting in bbmb. I love the Always Get My Bar feature of Scentsy Club and I love all of the fun partnerships with Disney, WB, etc. that give us so many fun LTOs. I wish that every once in a while there would be a BBMB just for non-licensed LTOs/collections because I know there’s so many scents from those that people would love to see back but they’re never an option for voting.
Thanks for the reviews. Scentsy really needs to watch your videos!! I am happy with Scentsy as a customer, easy for me to purchase things and always lots of products to choose from. I am lucky to have the best consultant who always willing to answer any questions and help me out. Having the club option is great, I love it. BUT...I wish there was a way to be able to access the older bars easier then waiting for them to maybe come out again in a BBMB or the Flash Sales where you get a bar, really enjoy it and never able to get another one.. Things like LTO and Scent of the Months I think should come back again every so often, like the licenced products do, so we have a second chance trying them. We need at least double the brick options we have now in the Club! Maybe a vote for 10 new Club Bricks could be something Scentsy looks into doing;) - Tracey

Hmmm so two stars and a wish…here we go. I do like the customer service of Scentsy. My wife is a lead consultant, and several times her shipments were damaged by weather in transit. Scentsy was good enough to replace the entire shipment each time. On behalf of my wife, I also like how Scentsy has these little rewards for achieving certain sales goals. The smile she has whenever she earns an award or something…so nice to see! My wish…I wish that certain scents that I like would last longer and have a stronger throw. I’m a fan of fresh and/or clean scents…and Luna is my favorite of all. But Luna does not last long nor is it strong enough (it was warmed in my master bathroom). Fun video, Patricia. My wife and I laughed at a few of your choices of words/phrases during the first scent review. Sorry lol we both can be silly 12-year olds at times with innuendo. Have a great week.

It sounds like Blackberry Spice is like me. There's this song by randy Hall called Slow Starter. The chorus goes "Someone who's a slow starter, loves harder, once you get her going strong." That's me...lol. and it looks like Blackberry Spice is a scent that's a slow starter and scents harder once it gets going strong. Yeah, I like that in a fragrance. Wuff! #TFL! Got it. Too bad, I had high hopes for this one. i love cotton scents. I was hoping this could be a fill in for my Indigo Cotton that I miss so much. And with the way I love white amber, too...bummed, I am. I'm gonna try it anyway, just in case the universe really loves me and this scent performs like a pro in my space. Fingers crossed. Two Stars & A Wish: Oh yeah, it's a given that Scentsy has people watching social media responses. They'd be cray not to. *one thing I like about Scentsy is the wide variety of fragrances they offer. While I do like being able to get my favorite scents when I want, I much prefer that there's lots of variety. *Another thing I like about Scentsy is the "Always get My Bar" feature in our club. This goes back to that whole "I wanna get my favorite scents whenever i want" thing. So i get the best of both worlds. Works for me. ?I wish Scentsy would continue a long-standing NOLA practice that they recently started called Lagniappe. It's an old-fashioned tradition of Creole merchants in Louisiana. when a customer makes a purchase, to show their gratitude for the patronage, a merchant will toss in a little free gift to say "thanks for doing business with me." As a merchant i have always tried to do this. I just think it's such a charming and loyal thing for a company to do for it's customers. I look more favorable on places I shop when they do that, especially these days. In our club shipments for july, Scentsy threw in a scent pack and they did the same during the last part of July when customers made a purchase. Each order received a Luna scent circle. Classy. They should keep that up. Even if the little something extra is a scent cup or tester. #GoScentsy.
Blackberry Spice took a while to build in my big open area (so much air space to fill) but I should have mentioned it packed a quick punch in Ryan’s room! I like the added touch of tokens of appreciation. Even if they had older scent circles to unload. I’d take it
Many stars to give - Scentsy Club, the high quality and beauty of the warmers, and the variety of scents offered are at the top for me. I am glad they are finally addressing the shipping fees!!! I wish they would offer more variety in the club bricks. Clearly they are solidly popular but I regularly warm NONE of those scents. I would be happy if they at least offered limited-time bricks of some of the other catalog scents. I mean you had a travel tin challenge and they took it out of the catalog! 😆 You mentioned Maraschino cherry would probably be a brick- and it will be. 2 stars: - Club is great. I love the always get my bar and that you can put LTO bricks as bars in club. Great way to keep customers happy - the LTO collections are so fun. I love seeing what they will come out with and it helps keep ppl excited and engaged. Wish: I would love to see better consistency with performance in wax. I'm so bummed to hear white amber and silk did not perform for you- it was my favorite new release. I'm not sure if its lack of quality testing for wax- but I would hope that if they tested the wax in different zones then they would tweak the formula and make the scent at least a medium that lasted a few days. The bars are too expensive to have to load up 1 warmer with 4 cubes to get good scent strength and throw. Some bars are bangers- but some are bummers- and I don't like taking that gamble with my money.

Carrie - sadly the travel tin to travel twist situation was probably in the blueprints quite a while ago. I must say I bought the Twist to try so fingers crossed!! If Scentsy listens by some chance to my community here I think that would be awesome- that’s why we are here!! Btw - others have commented they had luck with “silk” so perhaps the problem lies with my nose (and Erica’s too) Thanks Julie - I feel like our community here is always very supportive. Two things I like: 1. Club and 2. Variety of products. Er, a third - better shipping prices coming soon. Wish: Scent notes on the clams, and related - detailed scent notes/pyramid (like for SOTM) on the website for every bar.
After warming these, I would have named the first two Blackberry Cedar and Gingered Orange. Very misleading names - but I love both of these. I like Scentsy! I love the ease of ordering and delivery is top notch with much care to packing. I love the Scentsy esthetic. I wish their wax performed better. I don’t like having to use the entire bar to get the scent level I like.
Likes: I love the big selection of scents each season, many to choose from. I also like the return of popular scents each year. Dislikes: this might not be a common dislike, but I have hoped for this for years. I myself have always been all about the bricks, I prefer bricks over bars. I wish that bricks were available in their catalogue all year, maybe even just a few like 5 of their popular, well known scents.

@@Nikki7B Well, they sort of do. There's about 11 or 12 selections of brick scents in the Scentsy Club. You could just make a club of bricks instead of bars. My only wish about the bricks is that they would spice it up by addings some LTO's in the club selections of bricks. like letting the holiday brick collection bricks stay in the selection until the next season. that would give people a few months to try and buy them...seasonal or not.

See you learn something new everyday, I don't have scentsy club, and the last time I asked my consultant about those bricks (a while back) she said those bricks were only available once you added other bars to your club, and then the brick option would pop up as a bonus before ordering or something. So now I guess they are there to order even without adding bars? That would be great, and get rid of my only "dislike" lol
Great video as always!!! So some stars and wishes..... So excited that shipping rates are changing. I just got free shipping on my new catalog order! Scentsy has an amazing variety of products and scents, truly something for everyone. I love Scentsy club and AGMB, even if that means my club(s) are outta control! Things I wish Scentsy would consider...... Adding a few season appropriate bricks to Scentsy club options. Add the LTO scents to BBMB voting. Maybe have a separate Disney and licensed BBMB for 4 or 5 bars. Wish they listed the wattage of element warmers in the catalog. Wish they gave a scent strength with each description because no one wants to waste money on wax that is #TFL!!!!! 🤣
@@PatriciaG-NosetoToes I must have been doing something wrong then because I don't think I had free shipping with any of my prior orders. But I know the shipping prices have fluctuated a bit in the short time I've been a Scentsy customer.
2 things I would change about Scentsy: 1. Start with bring back my warmer 2. I love it if the same scents and warmers are in all the regions. When I look trough the catalogue for America, the scents and warmers are so much more beautiful and interesting as those in R2. What I love about Scentsy: that there are so many LTO's and Bring Back my Bar! Love your video's!!
I’m guessing since the warmers are months (and more often) years ahead in production I’m guessing that’s why we don’t see that offered. I would love to have Obsidian in R1
For me, Blackberry Spice reminded me of Welcome Home but with a fruity twist. Then when I first read the description for White Amber & Silk, I thought I wasn’t going to like it because I’m not a big fan of Amber or Cotton, however it smelled amazing! Anyways, 2 things I like about Scentsy is the variety of products they have and BBMB. Though if I could wish for one thing, it’d be that you could be able to have something like Always Get My Bar but for the Laundry and Body Line.
2 stars are BBMB because I like that you have the opportunity to warm scents that had been discontinued. I also love Scentsy club. My wish is about how long it takes to process my club order. Mine processes on the 15th and it usually doesn't ship until the last week of the month. Usually about 10-14 days to process.
My club order is the same way. I don't understand. It processes on the 19th but today is Aug 2nd and it has yet to ship. My club includes a whiff box and at least once, I've ended up with different products, not just different scents, because they must have sold out. It's very disappointing.
That’s a bit of a wait. I usually suspect a certain bar holds up clubs (no particular bar, but there’s likely one). I see a pattern in my customer club orders - when there is a long wait the odd time an order will Partially ship with 1 bar on back order (shipping separately). I think they hold out waiting for unavailable bars as close to the the 10 business days to ship… most times the culprit bar slides in at the last minute but sometimes it doesn’t.
Wow!! My suggestions…. Expand the bricks in the club and work on the shipping cost like they did in the clubs…. My wish would be another Special Olympics warmer for the charity program… have an awesome week and thanks for another video

I have been loving the special bundles and offerings lately and I love that for the most part we are able to order whatever & whenever we can/want. I think I might wish for Scentsy Club to maybe be more malleable lol I will have to get back to my comment later-duty calls As always, love and appreciate you so much 🤗
I like the variety and consistency of scentsy. I wish the scents were stronger and less expensive (6 USD is ok but the 8 CAD is outrageous). I use 3 bars to do my main level so if I’m on top of things and switch it out every 2-3 days that a lot of wax to use per week just on one level alone!
Great reviews and idea for feedback to scentsy . Had to give this one some thought … 1 wish is easy .. access to full back catalogue of wax bars just once a year to be able to update club with bars you’ve never had chance to purchase . They must be making virtually every bar because of how many people have clubs and they would increase sales so it’s a no brainer for them ! 2 things I like … club obviously ..I’m hooked .. and also I like that they bring out a variety of collections as well as the catalogue bars to keep us interested between catalogues . Also a mention about the quality of the warmers which I find generally to be excellent . Thanks for questions and for sharing . I’ve ordered the new bars but I’m certainly going to sit on (not literally) white amber and silk to see if it cures for a while before warming 🤗 x

None of these sound like they're on my radar, but I'd never know that without reviews, like yours!! 2 things I like about Scentsy - Variety of products there's always something for everyone - whether you're into wax, laundry, body care, warmers, etc., and also in scents - whether you like fruity, laundry, bakery - there's always something in there for you. The Scentsy community I have found. I live alone, don't drive, and have mobility issues, so in combo with Covid, I don't get out much (man - that sounds WAY more sad than it does, but I MEANT it to be explanatory!!). From having a wonderful Consultant who's always there to answer my questions, to watching other Consultants on TH-cam, to having "conversed" with other Scensty fans in comments, I've met some awesome, friendly people who have brought me so much joy and companionship, and make me feel so not alone. Several of them I consider "friends I haven't been lucky enough to meet yet". 1 Thing I "wish" about Scentsy - I wish shipping weren't so high on small orders - that keeps me from being involved in launches a lot of times, if I just placed an order, or if I only want a small order, etc. Either "trim" the shipping to fit smaller orders, or stop coming out with new things that make me want them every other day, or every time I JUST placed an order! :)
💛 - I think we all feel lonely from time to time. The great thing is at least we feel connected through our wax addiction (to other like minded souls.) People that are just casually into wax don’t get us. That’s ok. I like being able to discuss our passion and weirdness without fear of judgement. I think the shipping issue is going to be there to stay. Sadly it’s that or raise the product prices. I’m not sure which is the lesser of the two evils.

Great review on the 3 scents. I think that is a great idea to let White Amber & Silk set awhile to try them again. My 2 stars would be# 1. Great customer service 2. The variety every season with new catalog scents. My wish: The warmers are very pricey. I remember the day when a full sized warmer was $25.00. I know they are great warmers but they are now overpriced. Thank you for a great video. Always love your videos. Take care🥰
I’ve heard mixed reviews on Silk so I’m not sure what to think but I’ll hold onto it and try again I’m guessing they raised warmer prices so as not to raise wax prices. I think the mini warmer price increase is fine but some of the full size warmers are steep
I Love Scentsy’s Counter clean! I love how Scentsy can come up with new scents and do a play on the name of the scents. I wish Scentsy would have a list of mixes per season. That would be so much fun and create more sales!
I want to thank Scentsy for working this year to give us scents that are no longer available in ways other than in BBMB (flash sale bundles for example). And not only that, they are (at least the ones I received) were freshly poured! Grateful they are improving their ways and learning from their mistakes. I do wish they would allow us to skip our clubs sooner than once in a 12-month period, so I could skip at the same time every October, like every 9 months maybe. My club has mostly fruity scents that I don't need during the colder months.
I love the variety! I love BBMB. I wish that all the scents were STRONG & LOOOOONNNGGGG! *or* make the bars cheaper. I go through a bar every day or 2 because the scent doesn't seem to last $$$$

Two stars, variety of scents, and bbmb. Wishes, well many of those, distribution centre in my own country (New Zealand) so shipping wasn't soo expensive and takes so long, more bakery less fresh in catalogue, bricks in my region, bring back bars available much longer, as only just get to try and woooosh they are gone, and pre warning on what is not returning so can club it! Haha, very long list of wishes. PS found white amber and silk so overwhelming in my bathroom had to turn it off, every home and nose is different though. Blackberry spice is so lovely, mostly Blackberry for first day or two, then mostly spice, so if not a spice fan, still is worth trying. Thanks for your reviews, always helpful.

Loved your honest reviews! I think I’ll like Blackberry Spice - I love those rich heavy scents. Just discovered Ghostly Greetings via the flash sale. Love it. Too bad I don’t have it in my club. Stars & Wishes: ⭐️ Scentsy Club ⭐️ the website - ease of use, functionality ⭐️Bricks ⭐️ beautiful warmers that generally perform well ⭐️the abundance of seasonal offerings & LTO’s in general. Wishes - 🤞🏻more bricks in club maybe a more seasonal focus 🤞🏻better shipping rates - I’m not sure their current solution goes far enough 🤞🏻make it cheaper for consultants to do business- did they have to raise the website fee!? really!? Overall Scentsy does a great job
They make cuts where they can but the consultants have taken a bit of a hit as of late (fees, reduced sotm kits). I am so happy they recently gave consultants the option to opt out receiving the awards / charms by mail. I’m sure that will save a bunch of money. Those kind of things add up
Oooo, I got another... Two Stars and A Wish: *I love that Scentsy offers a cleaning line of products. that Counter Clean is a little miracle in itself. Love it! *I like that Scentsy has started offering new money saving bundles like the ten-bar bundle and the warmer-five bar bundle just to name a few. they should keep that up for sure. ?I wish Scentsy would create it's signature buddies in the same detail as they create the Disney and LTO buddies. Our buddies are cute, but would be so much better with more details like actual feet and hands.

I do swear in real life but I try to keep my channel such that if a mom or dad had one of my videos playing and their kids were in the background they wouldn’t worry about that.
@@PatriciaG-NosetoToes Everybody swears now and then but I can't imagine you using the f bomb on a video and I would be surprised if you used it in front of your kids as well...if you do, that's your business, but my own preference is not to hear that, so when I do, I no longer watch those persons video's.
What I love: I love Scentsy Club, and the whiff boxes! What I would change: I had a terrible experience with car clips. I was so excited about the smells and looks of it. I loved the smell, but I live in Texas, and summers here get extremely hot. My car's vents are too small, so there was no way for the car clip not to touch any surfaces, so the parts that were touched got damaged. Now, I know that it is stated in the packaging, but why make something that is not safe for your car is it is meant for your car? I am so glad to see they released a new thing called the twists? I think that's what they are called. That would definitely be a solution for my and the people's whose car does not work well for the car clips!
Love- 1. Scentsy warmers. Quality, electrician approved. 2. Wax. Goes hand-in-hand with the warmers. Cleaner, easier to use, lasts longer. Dislike- More light to medium-light scents than in the past. Glass & mini warmers need solid performing scents. Even the testers are becoming harder for people to smell. (the dismal true bakery selection doesn’t help matters)
Yes too much sway towards light / light medium scents. It could be argued that it should be the opposite, with so many homes now having open floor plans.
Wish Scentsy would be more forthcoming about scent notes on all scents like they are with Scentsy of the month. Scent nerds like me would be more engaged, and everyone else could just read the descriptions which I think are very nice as well. So that's a wish AND a star! Lol Second star is for them using wax that doesn't contain harmful phthalates.
Stars: Club & BBMB Wish: Club subscribers could get one day to load any scent(s) to club. Like a nice birthday gift! 🤩… I need Just Peachy Ginger to return among a few others. Win Win for everyone.
My two stars - Scentsy does a good job on variety of scents - always adding great promotions. Also love Scentsy Club. (I could add more stars but I will stay at 2) My wish - free shipping offer occasionally. (like spend so much and get free shipping or a free shipping day) oh and maybe a "bring back my brick" promotion. Scentsy would be wise to check out your channel !
It would be neat if in the slow months (for me December is my slow month) if Scentsy offered free shipping. Even from the cut off point (the date they say orders are guaranteed by Christmas) to the end of the month. I wonder if they would see an increase in sales during that time. I think they would because free shipping entices people
White Amber and Silk smells like a more pleasant, softer Magnolia Linen to me. I’ve only sniffed a cold sample though. We’re not getting Blackberry Spice in the UK 😭 But we do get to keep Jammy Time and Bonfire Beach 😉

Usually she gives out little felt-like things saturated with a scent. I don't know what they are; Scentsy didn't have them back when I was a consultant.
Can I do 2 wishes and 1 star ? 😏 ⭐️ My Star ~ Always Get My Bar in Scentsy club. 🪄 Wish #1 ~ I really wish they would put the wattage of the element warmers in the catalog. At the very least, let consultants know. If you are looking for a good performer in an element warmer (along with the look), wattage does matter. 🪄 Wish #2 ~ I wish you could move your bars around more within Scentsy club. If you have two or more clubs, delay a bar to every 3 from every month or the other way around, without losing, skipping, etc. I guess, be able to reorganize. Scentsy: I really appreciate the variety of scents available. I also like the fun of Bring Back My Bar voting. What I really, really, really wish you would do is provide a list of all the scents that go into each blend. Your apple and cranberry scents set off my asthma and make me cough. Sometimes apple or cranberry is in the blend, but not listed in the scent notes.

I understand this from an protecting their products viewpoint, but I would rather know if something is potentially going to set off my asthma before I buy it, not after I purchase and use the product.
@@PatriciaG-NosetoToes Sometimes. Of course I avoid purchasing the scents that have apple or cranberry in the description. Usually, the cranberry emerges after warming. With Buckleberry, it was at the end of the second day of warming. I couldn't figure out what was making me cough before bed. The next morning I turned the warmer back on and was coughing again in about 30 minutes. I tested Buckleberry 2 more times before admitting that I can't warm it. I love it and had 3 bars, plus putting it in my club. 😟

They can’t charge you for testers as I believe they fall under samples, but perhaps you could figure out a way to enjoy some of the scents without buying the full bars. Maybe borrow their testers to smell ahead at minimum. Of course joining works too! This month when people join with the full kit they get the Flaunt your Feathers warmer added in as a bonus to the kit contents so it’s a terrific deal.

Or, state the rules up-front, and only have us vote on 20 Bars! People already doubt the voting process, and changing the rules after the voting period closes wont help to gain anyones confidence. I have all 3 clubs and I WISH when multiple clubs hit on the same month that we only have to pay for one shipping fee instead of being charged a shipping fee for each club. They are being delivered at the same time.
I’m not sure but I suspect they must be trying to simplify the shipping process for themselves. I know when placing multiple vendor wax orders some companies will combine shipping and some won’t … I expect it complicates matters but that’s just me guessing.
As you know I desperately want Cozy Spice back in BBMB but it is never up for voting, so my biggest complaint would be that they don't seem to put scents that were in collections up for voting. My other complaint would be the price of shipping. The more you spend the more expensive the shipping gets which is quite opposite of what most other companies do. I know they are supposed to be changing that in club but I don't think they are changing that for regular orders. There are many positives to Scentsy. I love the bricks that come out every Holiday season and I really do love the cleaning products, especially the bathroom cleaner.
Regular orders will have flat rate shipping (for the majority of North America)

I agree the blackberry spice has some type of cherry/plum scent! And definitely deep fruit type of scent! I warmed it with black raspberry vanilla because I felt the spice would be to much and I did half a cube of the blackberry spice and one cube of the black raspberry vanilla, and the spice was very overpowering but in such a good way! Like I first when I smelled this back in September/October I did not like it as much but I noticed the scent changed for me. Like “I’m snow over it” I didn’t like at first but then I LOVED it. I agree with you on it being strong scent, I have it going in my bedroom and I can smell it from garage which is the other side of the house, I’m kinda of like I’m the middle so the scent really flows out evenly. I love your review!! 😊
I have another bar of it but it’s just not for me. Maybe I’ll bend up melting it in my garage
The quality of the products that I love and the accessibility of the over all company. (The website is so easy to navigate, and my consultant will go above and beyond the call of duty to make sure you are taken care of!) I've dealt with other companies like Scentsy with no comparison. Scentsy is the best!

Totally agree on the licensed warmers - being a huge Disney fan, I have NOT been able to resist some this psst year (Villains All the Rage, Mrs. Potts, Little Mermaid, and trying NOT to cave, and order Wall-E!!). What I love is that even the ones I'm not currently using to warm make gorgeous additions to my Disney vibe home decor!!

Wish: I wish Scentsy would offer older bars more often. I thought this years Father’s Day collection, with a group of older, popular bars was a great idea. I wish Scentsy would do that more often. Instead of offering so many LTO with new collections, maybe they could rerelease some popular collections and bars every so often.
I agree on the fun way of incorporating past scents into the line up! Two big 👍👍 for the approach to the Fathers Day Collection this year.
Blackberry Spice sounds delicious. I have Ghostly Greeting in my club, and it's a scent my sons always request for their rooms.
⭐The Counter Clean is magic, but not on counters. It gets anything out of fabric or upholstery and has saved me many times. A must have in a home!
⭐These warmers are stunning and keep getting even better.
🌠 My wish was about the loss of free shipping in club, replaced by ridiculous shipping fees, but it seems Scentsy heard that wish & reasonable flat rates are coming in Sept! Not the free shipping I think loyal big purchase customers deserve, but a very needed improvement since shipping fees shouldn't be the price of a warmer. Thank you!

Likes: I like the availability and ease of getting products. I also like that Theo warmers are nice designs. The only negative that I have is the bakery scents. I hate to say it, but I just don’t think that they do bakery well. When I think of vendor wax bakery, it just blows Scentsy out of the water in scent appeal and variety. This was a great question!

I tend to automatically disregard bakery scents if there's ANY dough/crust component in it - to me it smells like when my son worked at Subway, and he'd come home smelling like a mix of fresh dough and body sweat. Not pleasant to say the least :D

Yes! I, for one, am not scared that Blackberry Spice resembles Ghostly Greetings. I ADORE Ghostly Greetings having just found it for the first time in Clearance. I have now put in my order for Blackberry Spice. I love the deep, dark and mysterious scents with resins and spice. For my two stars and a wish, I like Scentsy club tremendously and the fun of BBMB because I'm new to Scentsy and like to see the previous offerings. What I wish is that Scentsy would at least offer a few "controversial" scents for people like me. I can never hope to vote anything like Ghostly Greetings back because it is not mainstream.
More people like Ghostly Greetings as time goes on (so it seems). They are different; Blackberry Spice is more subdued. I think the musky fruitiness makes me associate one with the other.
Disneys Dark and Devious is also a good dark mysterious scent too.

I do have to say...I recently sent a set of 6 bars with ice pack and a few felt samples to a customer. Not a large box by any means...cost $16.53. So I think their shipping isn't that bad at all.
I love Rise & Sunshine. So I’m excited for these new releases. I love the “Club”. Wish the oils had more scents that smell like the bars.
I didn’t smell them side by side (my bad) so I could be off. But hopefully you enjoy Sips of Cider.

I love Ghostly Greetings and it’s been in my club from day 1 🤣💜👻 I do really like dark berries, spicy and woods so I will probably enjoy BS! I have yet to get the smell from Scentsy of Orange peel & cinnamon sticks simmering on the stove 😏 I may mix with Homestead Holiday!

I often think of the flash sale or Clearance bars as a “cheaper than club” way to purchase bars you wish you would have clubbed before. At least it reduces the sting by getting it at a better deal
My experience with White Amber & Silk was much like your own. On my review of the scent I said it wasn't worth my time so I appreciate your honest opinion. Like you, I'm going to pick up another bar and let it sit for the next 4 or 5 months and try again. It's such a nice scent but as it stands, I agree, it's a waste of money. As for your question, I'm not sure I have anything new to add that hasn't been said in the comments. I agree that club is probably the biggest plus, bbmb also although I do question the voting process. Minuses would be shipping for sure. I'd also love to see a Bring Back My Collection every now and then because they've come out with some fantastic ones and the scents never seem to come up for voting in bbmb. I love the Always Get My Bar feature of Scentsy Club and I love all of the fun partnerships with Disney, WB, etc. that give us so many fun LTOs. I wish that every once in a while there would be a BBMB just for non-licensed LTOs/collections because I know there’s so many scents from those that people would love to see back but they’re never an option for voting.
We can assume it’s due to the license agreement. (Very strict rules)

I am happy with Scentsy as a customer, easy for me to purchase things and always lots of products to choose from. I am lucky to have the best consultant who always willing to answer any questions and help me out. Having the club option is great, I love it.
BUT...I wish there was a way to be able to access the older bars easier then waiting for them to maybe come out again in a BBMB or the Flash Sales where you get a bar, really enjoy it and never able to get another one..
Things like LTO and Scent of the Months I think should come back again every so often, like the licenced products do, so we have a second chance trying them. We need at least double the brick options we have now in the Club! Maybe a vote for 10 new Club Bricks could be something Scentsy looks into doing;)

I do like the customer service of Scentsy. My wife is a lead consultant, and several times her shipments were damaged by weather in transit. Scentsy was good enough to replace the entire shipment each time.
On behalf of my wife, I also like how Scentsy has these little rewards for achieving certain sales goals. The smile she has whenever she earns an award or something…so nice to see!
My wish…I wish that certain scents that I like would last longer and have a stronger throw. I’m a fan of fresh and/or clean scents…and Luna is my favorite of all. But Luna does not last long nor is it strong enough (it was warmed in my master bathroom).

It sounds like Blackberry Spice is like me. There's this song by randy Hall called Slow Starter. The chorus goes "Someone who's a slow starter, loves harder, once you get her going strong." That's me...lol. and it looks like Blackberry Spice is a scent that's a slow starter and scents harder once it gets going strong. Yeah, I like that in a fragrance.
Wuff! #TFL! Got it. Too bad, I had high hopes for this one. i love cotton scents. I was hoping this could be a fill in for my Indigo Cotton that I miss so much. And with the way I love white amber, too...bummed, I am. I'm gonna try it anyway, just in case the universe really loves me and this scent performs like a pro in my space. Fingers crossed.
Two Stars & A Wish:
Oh yeah, it's a given that Scentsy has people watching social media responses. They'd be cray not to.
*one thing I like about Scentsy is the wide variety of fragrances they offer. While I do like being able to get my favorite scents when I want, I much prefer that there's lots of variety.
*Another thing I like about Scentsy is the "Always get My Bar" feature in our club. This goes back to that whole "I wanna get my favorite scents whenever i want" thing. So i get the best of both worlds. Works for me.
?I wish Scentsy would continue a long-standing NOLA practice that they recently started called Lagniappe. It's an old-fashioned tradition of Creole merchants in Louisiana. when a customer makes a purchase, to show their gratitude for the patronage, a merchant will toss in a little free gift to say "thanks for doing business with me." As a merchant i have always tried to do this. I just think it's such a charming and loyal thing for a company to do for it's customers. I look more favorable on places I shop when they do that, especially these days. In our club shipments for july, Scentsy threw in a scent pack and they did the same during the last part of July when customers made a purchase. Each order received a Luna scent circle. Classy. They should keep that up. Even if the little something extra is a scent cup or tester. #GoScentsy.

Many stars to give - Scentsy Club, the high quality and beauty of the warmers, and the variety of scents offered are at the top for me. I am glad they are finally addressing the shipping fees!!! I wish they would offer more variety in the club bricks. Clearly they are solidly popular but I regularly warm NONE of those scents. I would be happy if they at least offered limited-time bricks of some of the other catalog scents. - Club is great. I love the always get my bar and that you can put LTO bricks as bars in club. Great way to keep customers happy
- the LTO collections are so fun. I love seeing what they will come out with and it helps keep ppl excited and engaged.
Wish: I would love to see better consistency with performance in wax. I'm so bummed to hear white amber and silk did not perform for you- it was my favorite new release. I'm not sure if its lack of quality testing for wax- but I would hope that if they tested the wax in different zones then they would tweak the formula and make the scent at least a medium that lasted a few days. The bars are too expensive to have to load up 1 warmer with 4 cubes to get good scent strength and throw. Some bars are bangers- but some are bummers- and I don't like taking that gamble with my money.
Patricia is my favorite Scentsy YT she is funny & brutally honest which I highly value.
I wish Scentsy would fly her to Idaho to smooth snags in BBMB process she should be on the payroll. Seriously.
I would have the option to ADD more bars to current SC bc some singles need to be double or triples.

I like Scentsy! I love the ease of ordering and delivery is top notch with much care to packing. I love the Scentsy esthetic. I wish their wax performed better. I don’t like having to use the entire bar to get the scent level I like.

Dislikes: this might not be a common dislike, but I have hoped for this for years. I myself have always been all about the bricks, I prefer bricks over bars. I wish that bricks were available in their catalogue all year, maybe even just a few like 5 of their popular, well known scents.
Did you order from Scentsy way back in the day when bricks were available (I think in every scent)??

@@Nikki7B Well, they sort of do. There's about 11 or 12 selections of brick scents in the Scentsy Club. You could just make a club of bricks instead of bars. My only wish about the bricks is that they would spice it up by addings some LTO's in the club selections of bricks. like letting the holiday brick collection bricks stay in the selection until the next season. that would give people a few months to try and buy them...seasonal or not.

See you learn something new everyday, I don't have scentsy club, and the last time I asked my consultant about those bricks (a while back) she said those bricks were only available once you added other bars to your club, and then the brick option would pop up as a bonus before ordering or something. So now I guess they are there to order even without adding bars? That would be great, and get rid of my only "dislike" lol

Scentsy has an amazing variety of products and scents, truly something for everyone. I love Scentsy club and AGMB, even if that means my club(s) are outta control! Things I wish Scentsy would consider...... Adding a few season appropriate bricks to Scentsy club options. Add the LTO scents to BBMB voting. Maybe have a separate Disney and licensed BBMB for 4 or 5 bars. Wish they listed the wattage of element warmers in the catalog. Wish they gave a scent strength with each description because no one wants to waste money on wax that is #TFL!!!!! 🤣

@@PatriciaG-NosetoToes I must have been doing something wrong then because I don't think I had free shipping with any of my prior orders. But I know the shipping prices have fluctuated a bit in the short time I've been a Scentsy customer.
2 things I would change about Scentsy: 1.
Start with bring back my warmer 2. I love it if the same scents and warmers are in all the regions. When I look trough the catalogue for America, the scents and warmers are so much more beautiful and interesting as those in R2. What I love about Scentsy: that there are so many LTO's and Bring Back my Bar! Love your video's!!
I’m guessing since the warmers are months (and more often) years ahead in production I’m guessing that’s why we don’t see that offered.

For me, Blackberry Spice reminded me of Welcome Home but with a fruity twist. Then when I first read the description for White Amber & Silk, I thought I wasn’t going to like it because I’m not a big fan of Amber or Cotton, however it smelled amazing! Anyways, 2 things I like about Scentsy is the variety of products they have and BBMB. Though if I could wish for one thing, it’d be that you could be able to have something like Always Get My Bar but for the Laundry and Body Line.
I personally would add Fiji Flower in laundry
2 stars are BBMB because I like that you have the opportunity to warm scents that had been discontinued. I also love Scentsy club. My wish is about how long it takes to process my club order. Mine processes on the 15th and it usually doesn't ship until the last week of the month. Usually about 10-14 days to process.
My club order is the same way. I don't understand. It processes on the 19th but today is Aug 2nd and it has yet to ship. My club includes a whiff box and at least once, I've ended up with different products, not just different scents, because they must have sold out. It's very disappointing.
That’s a bit of a wait. I usually suspect a certain bar holds up clubs (no particular bar, but there’s likely one). I see a pattern in my customer club orders - when there is a long wait the odd time an order will Partially ship with 1 bar on back order (shipping separately). I think they hold out waiting for unavailable bars as close to the the 10 business days to ship… most times the culprit bar slides in at the last minute but sometimes it doesn’t.
Wow!! My suggestions…. Expand the bricks in the club and work on the shipping cost like they did in the clubs…. My wish would be another Special Olympics warmer for the charity program… have an awesome week and thanks for another video

I like the variety and consistency of scentsy. I wish the scents were stronger and less expensive (6 USD is ok but the 8 CAD is outrageous). I use 3 bars to do my main level so if I’m on top of things and switch it out every 2-3 days that a lot of wax to use per week just on one level alone!

Had to give this one some thought …
1 wish is easy .. access to full back catalogue of wax bars just once a year to be able to update club with bars you’ve never had chance to purchase . They must be making virtually every bar because of how many people have clubs and they would increase sales so it’s a no brainer for them !
2 things I like … club obviously ..I’m hooked .. and also I like that they bring out a variety of collections as well as the catalogue bars to keep us interested between catalogues . Also a mention about the quality of the warmers which I find generally to be excellent .

Maybe “silk” is the Honeymoon Hideaway scent of the bunch - works for some but many also struggle. I guess time will tell

2 things I like about Scentsy -
Variety of products there's always something for everyone - whether you're into wax, laundry, body care, warmers, etc., and also in scents - whether you like fruity, laundry, bakery - there's always something in there for you.
The Scentsy community I have found. I live alone, don't drive, and have mobility issues, so in combo with Covid, I don't get out much (man - that sounds WAY more sad than it does, but I MEANT it to be explanatory!!). From having a wonderful Consultant who's always there to answer my questions, to watching other Consultants on TH-cam, to having "conversed" with other Scensty fans in comments, I've met some awesome, friendly people who have brought me so much joy and companionship, and make me feel so not alone. Several of them I consider "friends I haven't been lucky enough to meet yet".
1 Thing I "wish" about Scentsy -
I wish shipping weren't so high on small orders - that keeps me from being involved in launches a lot of times, if I just placed an order, or if I only want a small order, etc. Either "trim" the shipping to fit smaller orders, or stop coming out with new things that make me want them every other day, or every time I JUST placed an order! :)
💛 - I think we all feel lonely from time to time. The great thing is at least we feel connected through our wax addiction (to other like minded souls.) People that are just casually into wax don’t get us. That’s ok. I like being able to discuss our passion and weirdness without fear of judgement.
I think the shipping issue is going to be there to stay. Sadly it’s that or raise the product prices. I’m not sure which is the lesser of the two evils.
I warmed one cube of white amber & silk in my sons room and it performed really well! I actually just placed an order and added another bar. I feel that white amber & silk is more of a summer scent so I bought one more bar to end the summer with

I’m guessing they raised warmer prices so as not to raise wax prices. I think the mini warmer price increase is fine but some of the full size warmers are steep

I want to thank Scentsy for working this year to give us scents that are no longer available in ways other than in BBMB (flash sale bundles for example). And not only that, they are (at least the ones I received) were freshly poured! Grateful they are improving their ways and learning from their mistakes.
I do wish they would allow us to skip our clubs sooner than once in a 12-month period, so I could skip at the same time every October, like every 9 months maybe. My club has mostly fruity scents that I don't need during the colder months.
Yes typically when you skip it has to be the 5th order (for quarterly) which sucks.

Two stars, variety of scents, and bbmb. Wishes, well many of those, distribution centre in my own country (New Zealand) so shipping wasn't soo expensive and takes so long, more bakery less fresh in catalogue, bricks in my region, bring back bars available much longer, as only just get to try and woooosh they are gone, and pre warning on what is not returning so can club it! Haha, very long list of wishes.
PS found white amber and silk so overwhelming in my bathroom had to turn it off, every home and nose is different though. Blackberry spice is so lovely, mostly Blackberry for first day or two, then mostly spice, so if not a spice fan, still is worth trying.

They make cuts where they can but the consultants have taken a bit of a hit as of late (fees, reduced sotm kits). I am so happy they recently gave consultants the option to opt out receiving the awards / charms by mail. I’m sure that will save a bunch of money. Those kind of things add up

*I love that Scentsy offers a cleaning line of products. that Counter Clean is a little miracle in itself. Love it!
*I like that Scentsy has started offering new money saving bundles like the ten-bar bundle and the warmer-five bar bundle just to name a few. they should keep that up for sure.
?I wish Scentsy would create it's signature buddies in the same detail as they create the Disney and LTO buddies. Our buddies are cute, but would be so much better with more details like actual feet and hands.
I LOVE how they are finding interesting ways to allow access to retired bars. I suspect they have a surplus from some due to scentsy club “drops”

I do swear in real life but I try to keep my channel such that if a mom or dad had one of my videos playing and their kids were in the background they wouldn’t worry about that.

What I love: I love Scentsy Club, and the whiff boxes!
What I would change: I had a terrible experience with car clips. I was so excited about the smells and looks of it. I loved the smell, but I live in Texas, and summers here get extremely hot. My car's vents are too small, so there was no way for the car clip not to touch any surfaces, so the parts that were touched got damaged. Now, I know that it is stated in the packaging, but why make something that is not safe for your car is it is meant for your car? I am so glad to see they released a new thing called the twists? I think that's what they are called. That would definitely be a solution for my and the people's whose car does not work well for the car clips!

1. Scentsy warmers. Quality, electrician approved.
2. Wax. Goes hand-in-hand with the warmers. Cleaner, easier to use, lasts longer.
Dislike-
More light to medium-light scents than in the past. Glass & mini warmers need solid performing scents. Even the testers are becoming harder for people to smell.

Yes too much sway towards light / light medium scents. It could be argued that it should be the opposite, with so many homes now having open floor plans.
Wish Scentsy would be more forthcoming about scent notes on all scents like they are with Scentsy of the month. Scent nerds like me would be more engaged, and everyone else could just read the descriptions which I think are very nice as well.
So that's a wish AND a star! Lol
Second star is for them using wax that doesn't contain harmful phthalates.

My two stars - Scentsy does a good job on variety of scents - always adding great promotions. Also love Scentsy Club. (I could add more stars but I will stay at 2) My wish - free shipping offer occasionally. (like spend so much and get free shipping or a free shipping day) oh and maybe a "bring back my brick" promotion. Scentsy would be wise to check out your channel !
It would be neat if in the slow months (for me December is my slow month) if Scentsy offered free shipping. Even from the cut off point (the date they say orders are guaranteed by Christmas) to the end of the month. I wonder if they would see an increase in sales during that time. I think they would because free shipping entices people
White Amber and Silk smells like a more pleasant, softer Magnolia Linen to me. I’ve only sniffed a cold sample though. We’re not getting Blackberry Spice in the UK 😭 But we do get to keep Jammy Time and Bonfire Beach 😉

@@PatriciaG-NosetoToes That's a great idea. She's a new-to-me consultant, but I have placed several orders with her, so hopefully she will give me a wax sample. Usually she gives out little felt-like things saturated with a scent. I don't know what they are; Scentsy didn't have them back when I was a consultant.
@@hollywebster6844 you can warm them briefly in a warmer to get an idea of the scent. I always advise a couple Hours (not left unattended)

🪄 Wish #1 ~ I really wish they would put the wattage of the element warmers in the catalog. At the very least, let consultants know. If you are looking for a good performer in an element warmer (along with the look), wattage does matter.
🪄 Wish #2 ~ I wish you could move your bars around more within Scentsy club. If you have two or more clubs, delay a bar to every 3 from every month or the other way around, without losing, skipping, etc. I guess, be able to reorganize.

Scentsy: I really appreciate the variety of scents available. I also like the fun of Bring Back My Bar voting. What I really, really, really wish you would do is provide a list of all the scents that go into each blend. Your apple and cranberry scents set off my asthma and make me cough. Sometimes apple or cranberry is in the blend, but not listed in the scent notes.
I’m wondering if asked via email about certain scents would they get back to you…yes/no to any apple or cranberry.

I understand this from an protecting their products viewpoint, but I would rather know if something is potentially going to set off my asthma before I buy it, not after I purchase and use the product.

@@PatriciaG-NosetoToes Sometimes. Of course I avoid purchasing the scents that have apple or cranberry in the description. Usually, the cranberry emerges after warming. With Buckleberry, it was at the end of the second day of warming. I couldn't figure out what was making me cough before bed. The next morning I turned the warmer back on and was coughing again in about 30 minutes. I tested Buckleberry 2 more times before admitting that I can't warm it. I love it and had 3 bars, plus putting it in my club. 😟

@@MelindaSteve13 reach out to your consultant. They can’t charge you for testers as I believe they fall under samples, but perhaps you could figure out a way to enjoy some of the scents without buying the full bars. Maybe borrow their testers to smell ahead at minimum.
Of course joining works too! This month when people join with the full kit they get the Flaunt your Feathers warmer added in as a bonus to the kit contents so it’s a terrific deal.
