To me Hug in a Mug smells like milk chocolate mixed with a tiny, tiny bit of coffee. Definitely something delicious that I would smell coming from a mug. I tried it originally because I wanted to find something that my 3years old son would like. His reaction was :"*sniff, sniiiiiiiiiiiiifffffff* Aaaaaaaaaaaahhhhhhhh chocolate!" Then he swirled around and threw himself on the couch while still smelling the wax bar. Saying he loves it would be an understatement. That was the first time I saw him having such a reaction to a scent (I love it too, surprisingly! It makes me wanna eat the bar, it truly smells delicious). But yeah it's true it doesn't last :( happy to know I'm not crazy lol. My votes go to Bubblegum blast and Ocean! Thanks for your videos!!

Bergamot and solar driftwood, farmstand pumpkin. I also prefer the cookie part to the chocolate chips. I usually only put in half the chocolate chips the recipe calls for- which disappoints my husband. 😆
I don’t like brownie batter. It smells like a tootsie roll in a weird way. Hug in a mug smells like something chocolate baking in the oven. But yes, it does get funny at the 8 hour mark, like all the chocolate went away and you’re left with this used up vanilla scent. But I still really like it.

I just had Hug In A Mug in my warmers and man it smells so good. I just ordered Homestead Holiday. I noticed Hug In A Mug scent doesn't last in the warmer very long. I hope Homestead Holiday lasts longer.
I’ve noticed that the “hotter” warmers use up the scent faster. I try to put hug in a mug in my warmer with a less intense bulb. 😊. But also the scent isn’t as strong (in the lower watt warmers) which I like. It’s like smelling something in the oven versus getting punched in the face with scent. 😊
Ummm...in Homestead Holiday it’s hard to differentiate each note. They seem to blend together so well. The citrus isn’t obvious in the scent. It’s like a slightly sweet and a bit tangy backdrop. It’s not strong to me so it’s hard to say what type of citrus it’s closer to if that makes sense. I think it’s worth a shot! If you are picky about citrus I think that won’t be the obvious note you get at all. I hope that helps. Kind of a non answer but I think you get where I’m going! brownie Batter has a more narrow market of appeal, likely since the chocolate is stronger.

Hug in a Mug is great while it lasts but it does have a reputation for dying off. Homestead Holiday is worth trying for sure.
