I have a few customers, they’ve lately ordered Luna, By the Sea, Pumpkin Roll, Very Snowy Spruce, Farmstand Pumpkin, and some of the new releases just to name a few. I always think it’s funny because some of the casual customers will say - ok I’ll have one fall scent, one for Christmas and then one I can use anytime. Which is 3 bars. I’m thinking oh Lordy I can go through 3 bars a day sometimes!! 😂
Hi Patricia, our costumers do not know we have a you tube channel, lol! They order what scent families they like from the catalog and LTO’s we send samples of. I’m always sharing samples of everything new that comes out, but mostly, they buy what they like from the catalog and old scents still available. I wonder if we received and odd batch of Frosted Cinn. Roll, we do not get anything vanilla or frosted. Just dry cinn roll. Thank you Patricia!
It was fun seeing what customers order who are not influenced by TH-cam. They chose well though. I agree with your theory on wax recipe inconsistencies. Sometimes a newbie wax maker might even miss an essential oil squirt here & there and that’s why we sometimes get weak bars. Heck Mr. Dressup 🙌 even I used to watch him as a kid & I’m ancient 😂 Mr Dressup & Chez Helene back to back. You might be too young to remember her - she & Susie the mouse taught us French!
I really like the selection for the winter catelog. Also the fall and holiday season. I am really interested in Frosted Cinnamon Roll, Fall Feelin and the Holiday Bundle. I did put some light bulbs in my club. I can always use those too. 😊
Mr Dressup was my favourite as a kid!!! Loved him, Casey and Finnegan and the tickle trunk lol. I love frosted cinnamon bun too. I have picked up 4 more in my recent order and hope they get a little stronger. Btw, I jinxed it by saying how quickly my last order arrived. I ordered 2 holiday bricks and a 6 pack and a cleaning bundle for a customer last Monday and it shipped today, which I guess still isn’t that long, but longer than normal for me
I called and the rep said she could send me a label to return them or I could just keep them. She wasn’t sure if she was allowed to let me keep them so I told her I would, but in case I’d hold onto them for a bit and send them back if she was going to get in any trouble!! 🤣🤣
I’m giving frosted cinnamon roll another chance as I didn’t get a great performance but the scent I did get was lovely. I’m currently waiting on my oct 1st orders including starry pumpkin and the scents of season bars ..this order moved me up to Certified from Escential ..I’m just my own customer (and supplier for 2 daughters) and I’m loving every minute of early access and watching the party freebies and half prices build up. Dashing, I have reordered a few , as I tried it , should love it (husband and daughters all did) but I feel I didn’t “get it” with the first bar ..so I’m retrying it. I missed the 🎵 silver bells , silver bells song ..so I sang it for you 😂 one of my all time favs (bar and Christmas song) . We’re doing a family pumpkin pick tomorrow so I can get working on changing warmers and decor (assuming Starry 🎃 makes an appearance soon) Thanks for sharing have a great weekend when it gets here. 😊

I made a split decision to not sing it and when I do that kind of thing I wonder if I look “odd in the face” for a second as I contemplate / doubt my decision! 🤣 Re Dashing - Sometimes if you don’t like a bar and want to revisit it, I suggest doing it either next year or towards the end of the season. Or pick one up now and rewarm it much later. I think that gives the scent its best “fair shot”. And if it’s still a no then move on with no regrets.
I like your analogy of the failed recipe - I definitely think the recipes vary, my very first bar of Shimmer was so lovely, but my recent bar is less appealing. I hope your bar of Frosted Cinnamon Roll performs well for you 😃
I just ordered Polar Bear hug for the first time and I don’t like it on cold at all. There’s something bitter in it to me. And silver bells smells like toothpaste and playdoh on cold. I need to warm these two to see what I think on warm.
Polar Bear Hug is a bit on the perfumey side and where I’ve warmed it over time I’m “over it” so to speak If you end up not caring for them maybe try Googling a mix

Could you try something if you think of it - put your nose in between an aged clam of Silver Bells and Wizzarding Worlds and then compare the scent to the bottom of Dashing. Do you think Dashing could be their baby because to my nose it’s sooooo similar.
I’ve only done one… my launch party when I first joined in Feb 2018. This customer just gathers orders from her friends - she’s probably had half a dozen parties like this over the years I’ve been selling to her.
