I have a fast candlerun I do! I get about 19-20 Candles in just a bit over an hour. Minus dailies! Geyser > Sanctuary Isles Wax > Daily music sheet (Harmony Hall) > Daily Cake (Aviary Village Cafe) > Grandma > Daily Treasure Candle realm > Isle of Dawn > Vault of Knowledge > Hidden Forest > Valley of Triumph > Treasure Reef A few notes: In Valley of Triumph, I basically just mean doing a race, don't worry about collecting the light fragments- sure, the more you get, the more light, but it's too time consuming to be worth it. just get to the end for the guaranteed wax, and then go into the temple for the motherlode of candles inside. To save time, you'll want to learn Chibi-Clipping. this is especially important when Running Vault, where two candle cakes are hidden behind doors that require 4 players. to Chibi-Clip you'll need the chibi mask or baby spells, and it's a lifesaver for solo players like me. I choose Hidden Forest and Vault of Knowledge because there's a lot of wax there that you can get pretty quickly. Forest may be somewhat difficult if you don't have a lot of wing levels because you'll have to stop to recharge, but if you have over 100 Winged Light, you can typically blaze through it in my experience. Harmony Hall's daily music sheet is usually very easy, and if you hit about 85% or more of the notes, you get 100 wax. if you don't meet that quota, you'll get 50. music sheets only take a minute or two, so it's basically two free treasure candles. You'll know you've hit the note quota when a bunch of butterflies spawn and start flying above you. at that note you can actually just stop playing the music sheet if you want. The candlerun route for Isle of Dawn basically relies on chibi clipping, so I wouldn't recommend running it unless you have the resources needed/know how to chibi clip. of course you can get the same candles from isle without clipping, but clipping is a HUGE timesave in Isle. Since you mentioned not being familiar with it, Turtle takes place pretty close to Geyser. The lil guy swims around, there’s a darkness plant you can burn for wax, and there’s some various shells under the water that you can gather. Good source of wax, especially if you happen to miss granny’s or geyser for whatever reason. 🙂

If you swim to the turtle first, sometimes the plants burn themselves via server merge, so you just swim along to catch the wax clusters, and once the big clam pops up on shore, you can go get the rest under the water, 3 to 4 per side of the underwater ravine, and 3 or 4 on the bottom) Aside from that, Vault is usually required, and you can use the collab room to go to the colliseum in Valley so you can get the wax in the temple, then the cakes in the Village, then the cake in the hermit cave, then windpath to the Starlit desert, get the wax and cake there, then go out the entrance back to the collab room and go to Oasis to get the wax in the palace. Break the path at any point to catch Grandma the second time (you can only get wax twice a day from her if you stay the full round). Isle of Dawn has 2 cakes and whatever those candles in the temple are, so you can make a short run there too.
