Can I replace the gelatin with agar agar one to one ratio, to make it vegetarian friendly for my vegetarian friends?
hi there! sorry but I don't have much experience with agar agar. I don't think it's a 1:1 substitution. There are probably recipes that use agar agar that may be of more help.
