  • The Backside Disaster is more of an advanced trick, I myself didn't learn this trick until a couple of years ago and I had a lot of trouble trying to learn this...
    So if you haven't already learnt the rest of the tricks in this series then make sure you get through all of them first and then come back to this trick because this is definitely more advanced!
    Let me know which trick you guys want to learn next in the comments 👇🏽

    Great tutorial. I definitely think speed is a key component. I always end up way too high up on the deck to when my front trucks are touching the coping. After watching this I realize I need to slow down a bit to land more in the center of the board.

      Thanks dude!
      Yeah man that's exactly what was happening when I was learning it. You definitely need to slow it down and focus more on that revert, scoop motion 👌🏼

    Not that I know how to backside disaster, but I think learning switch rock to regular would help a lot. I've recently learned those.

    • @LeonPaxton
      @LeonPaxton  ปีที่แล้ว

      That definitely helps a lot since you are coming back into the ramp the same exact way but backside disasters are a pretty advanced trick so by the time you start learning them you would most likely already know how to do switch rocks 👌🏼

    This is a dream trick of mine. Can’t wait to break boards with heavy feet landings 😂.

    • @LeonPaxton
      @LeonPaxton  ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Haha yeah dude it is a risky one but I feel like this trick has less of an impact landing on the coping than the frontside version does

    i having trouble . how to i keep in the mid of the board . mine the coping will hit my front truck ended my front truck close t the coping

    • @LeonPaxton
      @LeonPaxton  6 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      That just means you are going too far out of the ramp dude! Just try and reduce your speed when you approach the ramp or try keeping your body weight on the inside of the ramp instead of airing out

    which trucks are you
    using with that 9.0 antihero? I’m thinking about getting lighter trucks than my independent 169s for my 9.0 setup

    • @LeonPaxton
      @LeonPaxton  ปีที่แล้ว

      In this video I was riding Thunder Hollow Light 151's which have an 8.75" axle width so my trucks sat in slightly on each side. You should try hollow trucks if you want lighter ones dude 👌🏼
