    Great tutorial, issue I have is my back foot keeps slipping off mid 180, not that I’m scared to commit it’s just It genuinely slips off. When next back at park I’ll try these tips.

    How do you keep from over rotating?

    • @TR7Skate
      @TR7Skate  3 ปีที่แล้ว

      Try turning a little less with your shoulders and lock them in position as they are the main reason for over rotating on this one 👌🏻

    I just can't get onto the stall, I stick as soon as I hit the coping

      Try throwing your shoulders into a bit more!

    Why does my backfoot not stay with the board? It's taking me so long to learn this trick. The board just doesn't want to stay with me?

    • @TR7Skate
      @TR7Skate  2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      It’s probably because you are putting too much effort into ollieing it round… try to be more gentle and focus more on turning 180 than popping the ollie

      @@TR7Skate Thanks for getting back to me and for the tip. I'll practise easing into it. Hopefully, I'll finally be able to get it smooth and clean.

    I think the advice to stay inside the transition - to not deck the board completely - is wrong for beginners; you've maybe forgotten what it was like to learn this at first. As a beginner, getting a breather in between the steps is almost essential to figuring this out, and you can just learn to keep your weight inside later anyway.
