    Getting pregnant with endometriosis ✅ - 10 TIPS - (Don't Break These Rules) 😱
    ________________________________________________
WHO IS THE POSITIVE PREGNANCY METHOD FOR?
✅Your doctors keep telling you everything is normal but you've been trying for over a year for a baby. You know there is something off and don’t know how to figure out what it is on your own.
✅You're trying for a baby over 35 and people's preconceptions about your fertility and the health of your future baby are really weighing you down.
✅You wish you could hear more positive, uplifting and helpful information that actually helps YOU to get pregnant (and doesn’t make you feel like a lost cause!)
✅You want to grow/start a family. The truth is… there are many big and beautiful families that don’t start growing until parents are in their 30s and 40s.
✅You're tired of being your own advocate in your fertility healthcare. You feel like this is like a full-time job and wish there was somewhere you could get all of the guidance you need... in one place your trust.
✅You feel like there’s too much contradicting information out there about the best fertility tracking methods, which labs to should order, the lifestyle choices you need to make, what foods can / can’t eat and want to be able to create a fertility plan for yourself..
THEN THE POSITIVE PREGNANCY METHOD IS WHAT YOU NEED!

Hi sisters! I just wanted to encourage you. A few months ago, i was diagnosed with endometriosis. My doc suggested surgery to remove my left tube and all the research i was doing suggested diet change as well. I really didnt want surgery and wasnt the best with my diet so i prayed and prayed and PRAYED and yesterday, my husband and i found out that we are expecting! We conceived naturally! This comment is not to brag but to tell you to put your trust in the Lord. Pray, fast, and have faith in Him! He will give you the desires of your heart ❤

    1. Gluten free: because it’s a very common allergy and also causes an inflammatory response in your body…. A study of 270 women with severe endo pain 75% experienced less pain after 12 months of gluten free diet. (But you’ll probably see Positive improvements in just a couple months.) 2. Try a low fod map diet can reduce your inflammatory response and also help if you have ibs symptoms…. 3. Reduce caffeine and alcohol… because of the way it’s processed and how it’s grown and the toxic chemicals in that… So no coffee try a little green tea and some adaptagenic mushrooms instead for energy? 4. Curcumin- and turmeric : good for uterus inflammation? 5. Omega 3 and 6 : fish oils….. reduce inflammation…. (Some say it’s poison and junk… I don’t understand) at least 1000 or even 3000 grams/mg? 6. Acupuncture: increases circulation into the pelvic area (I’ll probably never do this, maybe try acupressure and stretching and castor do these do something similar??????) 7. Reduce plastic (reduce the toxin burden on your body/your organs and systems) 8. Digestion and poop: need regular healthy BMs and good gut health… magnesium, but pay attention to your digestion and get it good. 9. Liver: first organ in your detox process, so the liver needs a lot of support, we are surrounded by awful…. Do a 21 day reset detox….. link in box…. VERY IMPORTANT, could even be #1… 10. Manage stress : stress makes everything worse and wreaks havoc on your endocrine system. Find what you need to manage your stress. Walk, stretching, prayer, reading, baths, you need a variety of stress management techniques.

I hope that all this effort will end in a beautiful story. Thank you so much for sharing!💖 Keep up the good faith beautiful women.

Thanks Dr. Sklar. I just had surgery for my stage 4+ endometriosis involving my uterus, bladder, rectum, and peritoneum. I am certainly going to take these tips to help manage the progression of my disease. I completely agree with the importance of diet and endometriosis. Prior to surgery, I did my 4th Whole30. The Whole30 program is a great diet to try. It's only for 30 days, but I always tend to continue certain aspects of the diet because I notice the change with my body. It has helped with my endometriosis pain, improving my sleep, decreasing my resting heart rate, eczema, and improvement of my liver function, cholesterol levels, and other laboratory results. It's a strict diet, but it really helps cleanse and reset my body so I can relearn how my digestive system responds to different foods. Probably half of the tips you listed are included in this program so that reassures me that I am on the right journey.

Thanks Dr Sklar for the video.
I have quite a few of the symptoms especially most recently the brain fog. I have suffered the condition for 32years +, the journey has been hectic I was told at 14 I may never have children, was vegetarian for 12 years about 19 years ago, and I still had excruciating monthly pain with vomiting and bedridden for 3days monthly. I know better now as I later found out it was probably the high daily intake of Soya products including soya milk. I took awful birth control still no improvements , registered and assisted with endo researchers just to find a way out, 20+years ago. Well my summary solution was I did alot of acupuncture, red light therapy, drank some chinese herbs (still cant read Chinese lol), did massages and my excellent Chinese Dr's treatment helped me and I went on to have 2 children. My first extraction surgery was after my second child 13years ago. I was pain free for 4 years but sadly, discomfort crept back-new diagnosis of Adenomyosis, and fibroids in addition to the endometriosis, though a bit more manageable. I have better less painful months when I exercise regularly, less bread just once a week, zinc, vitamin C, and eat lots of vegetables daily, stay hydrated. We the endo warriors must accept it is a journey, and consistent good diet and active lifestyle is important. Since I had children, the pain has been much better , hopefully my experience can help someone.

Hello. Thanks for your video. I'm 33 and suffer from stage 3/4 endometriosis. According to doctors my tubes are blocked and filled with hydrosalpinx( swelling tubes with water) I get vaginal discharge daily due to this 'water'.
I cut gluten, dairy, alcohol, red meat, caffeine and refined sugar from my diet since some months. The pain has reduced by 75 %. I started taking serrapeptase and drink orange juice with ginger and turmeric daily ( with a bit of pepper to better absorb the vitamine C ). Also do self-fertitility massage and castor oil pack. The pain has definetely reduced and hoping one day to conceive naturally.

I did and my pms practically went away and my periods were less painful than before in the first cycle. It started w just cutting dairy. Then I added TONS of cruciferous veggies and flaxseed daily (I make a green smoothie Dr. Goldner style, look her up on youtube and her smoothie) and that helped ALOT but yes I am dairy free for life now! And I did not eat lots of dairy. I think for someone who eats a lot of dairy the change would be even greater in comparison. Just try a few months and see. Also my hormonal acne went away.

Hyperbaric oxygen therapy (HBOT) might be a gamechanger! I haven't tried it myself, but there seem to be very promising results from mice and human studies. And it makes sense that HBO seems to work when you look at the mechanism of how endometriosis originates. The endometrial cells outside the uterus aren't used to be oxygen-deprived (hypoxic) and experience tissue stress... The macrophages (which play a huge role in edno) misinterpret the hypoxic endometrial cells for some other tissue that needs repairing and growing... Hypoxia is one of a few important signals responsible for the misinterpretation mechanism. I'm not a medical professional - just writing down what I euphoriclally learned today in the hopes that it might help others on their journey.

A good diet for endometriosis includes anti inflammatory food (watery fruits and vegetables cucumber juice ,bottlegaurd, carrots juice, dry fruits), food rich in fiber millets soaked raisins, dry fruits, seeds like chia seeds , sunflower seeds, flex seeds, sprouts with lemon and other salads, cherres, apples, pomegranet etc ...
Stay away from milk products, processed food, junk food.
    Hope it would be helpful,,,,,🙏

My periods were regular and non painful before the contraceptive injection. Whilst on the contraception I put so much weight on and started getting so many illnesses like recurrent utis and recurrent glandular fever which my doctor was even confused and concerned about. Now 2 years after my last injection my thyroid levels are completely off and I’m getting pelvic pain, super short cycles and digestive problems. I don’t think even after 2 years the hormones have left my body as there’s no explanation for my cycles to be this messed up when prior to birth control my body was extremely healthy and regular. I feel like my body will never be normal again.

It can be normal and healthy but you need to support it and give it what it needs. Your body is talking to you and now you have address the issues.

My mom has endometriosis and had a full hysterectomy.
I've always wondered if i would get it as well. Her sisters have PCOS and endo as well. I've gotten ultrasounds, and they tell me everything looks ok.
This is the first time i have cramped during my entire ovulation, and this has never happened before. So im terrified. Has anyone been through this? My periods are great. Mild cramps. Sometimes, there are no cramps at all. Can anyone comment on this?? Why would i be cramping for 5 days straight during my ovulation??

I've also heard that cutting gluten out of your diet is really bad as your losing important nutrients from an important food group. Er should only be cutting out gluten if we are celiac. Can you cover this a bit more please?

    • @MarcSklarTheFertilityExpert

I have definitely been really stressed lately drink a lot of coffee and alcohol due to stress.. so I already see a few things I need to cut out..

I got pelvic generic scan on 2 days prior to my period cycle, results says thinkend endometrium 14mm ( why it is?). And blood check results are - hypothyroidism and prolactin was 3 count high than normal ( why?). I took thyroid tablet, now it's normal. Is all these are serious issues? Will I get pregnant?😔
