  • Getting pregnant after years of trying | How to go from 3.5 years trying to finally getting pregnant
    Unexplained Infertility = FAKE news.
We hear about this all of the time from our members...
They get told they have something called ‘Unexplained Infertility’ and are pushed down pathways of expensive IVF or IUI treatments.
Often, they aren’t ready for such intense treatments yet.
…And they don’t actually need them to be able to conceive!
There are many other steps you can take before considering IVF or IUI - especially if you’re not sure what is stopping you from getting (and staying) pregnant.
I’m going to talk you through them today on my new episode of Fertility TV.
Head to the link my bio for the full episode!

My husband and I had been trying for a similar amount of time. 3 years before we finally managed to get pregnant. The first fertility doctor we went to was exactly her experience. The 2nd place was a little bit better. But only in the sense that we were able to get a bit further in tests and found out that my husband had abnormal sperm morphology. Though very high sperm count. We never did find out what it was that was inhibiting us from having kids. But I can only imagine it had something to do with hormones (prior to seeing the 2nd doctor because our hormones were normal when we got tested), our lifestyle, and diet. We already were on the path to fixing that before we saw our 2nd fertility doctor. We moved to the beach around this time, distressed, exercised more, fixed our diet, and when our doctor was about to get us started on IUI, we ended up conceiving naturally. We both have MTHFR but we were told that is only of concern when retaining a pregnancy, not for conceiving. I am taking L-methylfolate supplements 👍 and am 24 weeks pregnant and still going 🤞

@@MarcSklarTheFertilityExpert I’ve followed your suggestions over the last 90 days and got my very faint positive today at 9dpo. Quit my stressful job, started doing things I enjoy and love, ate very clean and prayed with conviction.

We have been trying for 2 years and 7 months. I got pregnant twice, unfortunately they ended with a miscarriage. First time I got pregnant we were not even trying, I got pregnant by mistake (because I use the day counting method: I have a regular period), after I had a miscarriage we agreed that we want to wait 6 months to be ready physically and financially for a baby. I thought the moment I try I will get pregnant, but we spent 7 months of trying and then decided to see a doctor everything was fine with me and my husband, but the doctor said you need to do IUI or IVF because it you are going to try for a long time. That was emotionally hurting because it is just 7 months of trying. I changed my doctor. The new doctor asked for more tests, and we found a polyp, and I did the HSG test, and everything was great. 2 months after the HSG test I got pregnant, but it was a chemical pregnancy 💔. I felt sad but more hopeful that finally after 2 years I got pregnant. So now the doctor put me on letrozole. Hopefully I can get pregnant again with my beautiful baby. Do you think that letrozole was a good option?

From your experience, how long does it typically take your patients to get pregnant after fixing digestion issues (and hence estrogen dominance)?

I would start with more testing to find the cause. I am sorry for your losses.

It is certainly a factor but it does not seem to be the reason why you have been struggling. I suggest getting more testing done.

Great information, if everything goes well this should do the job. But listen, there's one factor that's usually overlooked that can considerably speed up the process, unfortunately I do not have it at hand, but it can be go’ogled Dobbie Nerkstrol's Infertility Cure, I think.
