I am just aggravated about this update. They screwed the casual gamer completely over. I am about to quit playing this game. I will keep watching you to see if they fix the absolute garbage they created with this update. Thanks for the vids
It’s understandable. I was thinking that they were going to be like black bear great ones. Instead they are even rarer than rare lol. They really should have announced that fact early on.

I just started to grind for a Super Rare Moose and I got two diamonds today on Medved.
This was my reaction when I got my Diamond Albino Cape Buffalo and Piebald Red Stag back in 2021.
That’s a sick trophy, man. I got a guaranteed diamond piebald moose as an initial spawn on Medved as well. I found him at the bottom of the central river. I love pop resets
What’s the best way to grind the moose?? Like what levels do you shoot for stacking?
Shoot levels 3 4 and stack Diamonds 4 and 5 in your favourite zones, then when you've got 5/10 Diamond shoot them and keep killing above lvl 3
They need to make the xbox button to place a waypoiont Y instead of X so we don't lose our waypoint. Also if we are most likely to get a common fur type for the GO Moose does that mean in theory that and albino, piebald and melanistic GO moose are possible?
6:23 I mean it makes almost no sense considering how the black bears are guaranteed unique furs at GO and they put all the work too make those amazing GO moose furs just for them too be rare that’s what almost made me start a Black bear grind till they changed their drink time, after that I was like I’m out (I can’t stand hunting at night especially for a pitch black animal) PS you reacted perfectly at the mela lol
That is indeed the most insane super rare I’ve seen, between the rarity of a diamond moose and the rarity of a mela moose, and the fact that it was a bull at all is insane!!! Great job dude!
as far as the whitetail zones and stuff moving, i think it was intended. i think they just tweaked their home ranges without replacing the population file itself. but of course its something they did quietly. so many things they hide

Started my grind on Med Ved and got my first diamond moose! It was an initial spawn and a level 4! Took muuuuuch less than than the reindeer grind
Been thinking of ways to fix the variation problem: Make each one a 1/12 chance to get it. That makes it a 50/50 chance to get a rare one, but it still makes it rewarding to get the one you’ve been looking for. And if you wanted to you could even make it 1/18 so it’s a 33% chance. Great video and congrats on great harvest.
Why did my guy Crow turn into Shaggy from Scooby-Doo when he saw the moose? lmao 🤣🤣🤣 I would have reacted the same though. An absolutely amazing trophy!!!
I had a lvl 4 potential Diamond mela first day to, gold but still very happy. But Also tip for you I’ve learned, using bow/range finder helped me sooo much grind small lakes/close zones. Reduced pressure, no spook, and makes it a little more fun. GL with your grind SC

The day of the update i went to my red deer grind. Saw that all my deer were switched around and left. I didn’t expect for my population to be moved around my map.

I love what they did with the furs. Finally something extreme hard core grinders probably won’t be able to get. You could get 50+ great ones and not get a specific fur/antler combo.

Why does nothing save as in goin into your storage and settin a vehicle and next time is not selected and shrink ur storage and it all open again
I put this in flinters video but I will put it here too…Based off of how animals spook so quickly now, I think ew made it this way so the future silencer dlc will sell…

They say they listen to the community..... if so then they would change the GO fur types to be more "common" because ive not seen anyone saying " yeah having a 1/2000 rare fur type on a 1/5000 rare animal is a great idea lets start the hopeless grind"

I like medved a lot after the update, I never played it before but now it's like it's the only map I've played for like two days
The great one black bears have those varied fur types as commons, why didn’t the moose get the same treatment?
Did I forget to mention that I got him on the other map on the new order map and it was when that map was released on the first day
Bro this is like... my dream trophy specifically a diamond melanistic moose scarecrow that trophy is awesome and good job.
I'm angry and sad at the same time. I was grinding to level 10 red deer in New Zealand, I had almost all mythical, legendary and rare deer on the map and after the update many red deer drinking zones disappeared and in those that remained I only had females and males at level 4.😢
Is this going to be the hardest g1 grind?

I just dont understand why they don't extend the view/spotting distance for animals if they extended the spook distance for them, kinda frustrating
I guess I’ve been lucky? I’ve not experienced any bugs, While I’m disappointed in the lack of clarity on the GO fur, grinding for GOs isn’t my style of play at this time anyway, overall I’m just exploring the new scenery.
Plus, I’m in my 40’s and started playing video games when they were literally just dots on a screen. So seriously ANYTHING buggy that may pop up doesn’t detract from the feeling of amazement I get from this game.
If you want to know bugs and communication errors- look up ET and Atari. Nothing EW does will ever top that.

Now they have to make a two moose multimount. Congrats on the amazing bull!! Update wise I’m disappointed about the fur types. I wish they at least made them as likely to spawn as the common furs. I would feel better about it.

I agree on the update, it is one of the least desirable to date. The new map is visually awesome but that is about it. It started with the ho-hum hand gun pack, then the spook radius increase, then the pronghorn bobcat spooking a repeat of the SRP bear and Mt lion fiasco. Now we have an update that crashes every 2 hrs, could have spent more time on stability instead of a useless skin pack. The we get a new Amish tech muzzy, how good would it have been to get something to actually grind Moose with, a .340 Wtby or a 33 Nos in a bolt action. Still waiting for a 7mm update to a bolt, a 28 Nos or 7 PRC would be sweet. The misleading info on the GO Mk iv was disappointing to say the least. Summery new map great, all else bad to crap. Congrats's on the Mela, I got a gold mela red deer while grinding them, but that looks lame now. LOL.

Am I the only one who doesn´t like the GO moose fur types? I think they look to unrealistic and I´m glad that the fur types they showed on stream will be rare. I would prefer a GO moose with a common fur type.

I love this game but I have 4 issues with this map
1. Why are the fur types rare - what’s the point of making them just for most people to never see them
2. On console when I spot animals I put a distance marker down and there’s no way to stop it
3. Why increase the distance of shoot noise that only hurts casual player
4. Some of my whitetail zones are gone

My friend killed a level 5 and it did the disappear glitch and he didn’t have his dog with him so he lost it
I had me a level four very easy piebald moose and it was a perfect gold I was so happy😅
I just assumed the fur types were rare. Like Fabled Piebald and whatnot. But maybe I'm just weird

Jeez Crow that was an insane trophy! I’m quite disappointed with EW this update with the fur types for the G1 moose and all the bugs and everything else that has been happening. But they did make a lot of good stuff this update but the bad stuff is really bad lol. I hope they will be honest with us the next update blow us away like we thought they were going to with this update.

I used to like jaxy before he was a community manager, but ever since it feels like he's inly getting paid to over hype us about stuff that really doesn't matter, i miss the old days with TK and meggles, those were pretty nice streams and would show some decent content without over hyping, jaxy beards , if you see this comment, i'm sorry bro but man you gotta be more realistic when you show us the stuff and i hope you change your approach because this is the second time this has happened where you just make everything look shiny and amazing and then it turns out bad. It’s a pretty odd decision to spend the time on the great one moose furs when making them rare means hardly any players will ever see them.
The update kinda pushed me away once I seen my red deer where all messed up I enjoy the game but this was one of the worst updates in a long time

You're not overreacting. I was cautiously excited and optimistic for this update, but knew there would likely be problems given the scope of this update and EW's track record with releasing bugs alongside updates. But to say I'm disappointed would be an understatement. Just so much went wrong with this update. Miscommunications, bugs, crashes, and now I can't even launch the game now because it crashes at the main menu. I can't even play the game until this gets fixed.
Its definitely needs to be talk about. They show us beautiful moose GO's and then they say its extremly rare...🤦♂️
And Iam not even takling about other bad things that came with this update. I really hope they make rare fur 100% guatanteed with GO.
