EC are a wonderful rabbit-hole to fall down and yeah, Partycore is how they describe their music, the only thing they take seriously is their music and it is awesome. After catching a few more of their own songs, Arrow of Love (valentines track), Pump It (workout song), Everytime We Touch (cover, bromance song) and We Got the Moves (party track) then check out their collaboration with Babymetal called Ratatata, which came about because the girls from BM wanted a track everyone would dance to like We Got the Moves...

Electric Callboy are the most entertaining & joyful band in the world right now, Germans have not put out a bad song in last 3 years and live shows just a massive rave of metal & EDM riffs that fill audiences with a euphoria 😆🤘
They def have their "dark video" songs, one called Crystals and it's everything you're describing. It's also really cool. There's a newer dark vibe song called Mindreader, but most of their songs are upbeat EDM/metal with funny videos. They're the actual best.
My comment is not on this song. It's an update on COLD CHISEL/JIMMY BARNES. They are currently touring again in Australia 🎉 50 year anniversary tour. Yep, 50 years since Chisel started. Hopefully they will release a DVD from one of the shows

You got it right, EDM Metal Pop in one and we call it Partycore 🎉netherless they have also serious songs/ videos.
If you like the video you'll never be bored again because they have a lot of OMV, live videos, vlogs, BTS and even interviews with them are fun. (When not in English at least mostly English subtitles are avaible)
Tiny advise from me for watching their omvs: when you take your eyes from the screen skip back and watch the part otherwise you can miss some great oder funny stuff.
I've heard this style referred to as "Partycore". Dance club EDM + Heavy Metal.

Go to their channel- it’s a fun time. Tank the tech another reaction channel/ tour manager ended up being their tour manager in the US and they brought him for their Europe tour and their backstage videos are so much fun! They treat everyone as family. Just making fun music. THEIR LIVE videos!!! They have them on their page- the crowd is always hyped and it’s like a big party- they sing Backstreet Boys as well at their concerts!

I will never get tired of watching people’s first time seeing/hearing electric call boy! Just as good as watching people hear Jinger - Pisces! Which is another banger track worth checking out.

The might claim, not strik. They might temperately block. But a lot of times they don't do anything. And just to be fair, it's rarely any band that does it, but a company they have hired to manage their TH-cam/online music present

Their world tour last year sold out all over the world. I was lucky enough to see them in Denver. Their song “we got the moves” live version is on their page! It was a party all night!

Metal goes with *every* other type of music. There's a fusion band for everything. And they all work so well.
They started as a metalcore band in 2010. They are the only metalcore band to have played EDM festivals and metal festivals.
They called it metallcore but now they call it partycore
