Nice house but the yard is way too small for that price range. In Central TX you would get at least an acre for that price. Coffee set up station? My machine would barely fit! Close to Lackland is not an advantage ... especially on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays with arrivals for boot camp and graduation. The master shower was nice.
