FYI......I know someone who bought from this builder. After the closing, they had the carpet pulled out and replaced with the gray floor. It cost them a few hundred but it's worth it in the long run. I agree that it is a stupid design, but it's a money grab for the builder.

Noone is commenting on the electricy bill? 15 to 25 foot ceiling on a 107degree day and your wallet will be bleeding. AC will run nonstop and it will still be warm upstairs. I have lived in a 23 foot ceiling house, forget that. You practically have to live underground in Tx to escape the heat.

House prices are getting ridiculous when I bought my new home in 2007. It was only $109 per square foot now they’re building new homes behind my home now they’re $200-$400 per square foot. That is ridiculous.

$high$ to much cali smoking Warning Migraines allergies, HEAT, insane elec bill, water, and taxes have gone up. Long commutes and gas is going up. Remember everything is bigger here. Except lush green trees, and mts. Look up top complaints. Job wages are lower here and you will often hear i can get 5 xxxx to do it for way less. So move here with a remote job at your own risk 😜. And not like you can sell and move back somewhere else cheaper. Once your stuxk in lower job here as easily. At lest this one only has one oak.
