She is so Earth conscious. I love that. She doesn't buy her kids toys because she fears it will end up in a landfill. She eats her kids left overs so she doesn't waste food. She's so inspirational it is ridiculous.

I love that she admits she works out a lot and eats correctly. She used to be one of those models who was like "I don't do anything 🙃"... you don't get muscle tone by doing nothing.
loveharrydaily its because shes older. ones metabolism is not the same and also muscle tone diminishes for women if theres no exercise past a certain age. shes already mom but yout right its refreshing for her to say these things now

@@sarahkoob1156 Actually, s/he's right, the metabolism starts to change in a female body when she's around 30. It starts to store more fat (it means that you need more physical activity to burn the same amount of calories).
Imbra Kim it changes around 30 so explain to me why ther are so many fat women under 30 lol
@@sarahkoob1156 I live in Lithuania and there are very few fat women. It all does come down to lifestyle (eating habits, drinking, etc). You can be fat as a child if you constantly consume more than you burn throughout the day. This has nothing to do with the change I was referring.

hahahahha just like my mom. whenever we leave food on our plate, especially when we dine out, she eats our leftover. well, that's how moms are. :) i wish i have her discipline to work out everyday. i love her so much!

I don’t do that but I love to drink lemon 🍋 water 💦 as a beauty secret. It really makes skin glow! I notice how my skin will look so much better when i drink a lot of lemon water versus if I don’t.

I drink plenty of water and eat clean but I have the worst acne ever. My skin bursts into full blown acne on hot days.U can't find a single area of skin without acne in my body. But I have pcos coz my dad was a diabetic before I was born. Although I am super skinny I will never look like her. It depends on genes too. Gene combination is a luck thing. U can have the most beautiful parents and have ugly kids. I have a friend who is super pretty and ppl think she is adopted coz the rest of her family members are super ugly. But when u look at her carefully u can see that she has individual features of each parent and all these features together make her beautiful.
