I saw him November 17th 2022. I cried nearly the entire show. As soon as the show ended my dad called me to tell me that my mom died. Literally as soon as he walked off stage and I turned around to walk away I got the call...a moment I will never forget...
I can't recommend Amigo live enough. 10/10 experience.

I hope we get lucky enough to catch you at a small venue again. Last time it was a small room with only enough space for about 50 people. It was really hot, but it was still the best experience we have ever had at a concert.

I've loved you so much, for so long Danny. You got me through my one and only, but very intense and drawn out, state of genuine psychosis. And I love that unlike the other music from that stage of my life, I can listen to those same songs and not be brought back to the same despair. You're music is the only thing that can make me feel without draining my progression sometimes.
You walked right past me in Tulsa in August after the show, but I hadnt brought any water money so I chugged the mixed drinks a guy bought me like I was wandering the sahara instead of an air conditioned venue, and I was too out of it to take chase after you.
Please come back to Tulsa and doodle on my wrist scars so I can get it tattooed and always know that I have an amigo, through and beyond the illness, and into my future clarity 🖤
