Goddamn, I almost cried. Every now and then you come across a new song in just the right moment of your life that hits on so many things racing through your mind. Add this to the long list of Amigo the Devil's best song ever. I cant choose but I definitely felt this one deeply.

Amigo, I found your music in Feb 2019.... I've been one of your biggest fans since! On Dec. 15th of this year, My youngest son, Carlos Angelo Casias went out to the desert and took his own life. This song came out before that and I fell in love with it then. it was sad then and even sadder now. And so relevant. Thank you for the comfort I find in your music. I showed Carlos your music months ago and he loved it too... Keep up the great work...

One of my favorite things about AtD's live versions/performances is observing his eyes and expression when he finishes his song. This is where I see a lot of his passion for what he does and what in my eyes makes him so unique.
I was noticing that too. I felt like I was watching a method actor disassociate from character, although I'm not sure which part was the character - the song or when the song finishes. He goes through a visible transformation either way. Incredible to witness.
