get block
upside down
crank in
main bearings in 9mm tighten
install pistons
rotate block
righten down 7mm bolts near main bearings
oil pan and 13m + 7mm tighten
camshaft + 5mm tighten
cam gear + 10mm tighten (rotate block first facing sky)
alight arrows on gear
timing chain
timing cover 6mm tighten
water pump + 7mm tighten
crankshaft pulley + 11mm tighten
alternator + 7 and 10mm tighten
engine plate
flywheel 7mm tighten
pessure plate into clutch cover plate
bring disc into assembly
install clutch assembly + 6mm tighten
install gearbox
install inspection cover
7mm + 10mm tighten gearbox
install drive gear + 6mm tighten
head gasket
cylinder heads + 7mm tighten
rockers + 8mm tighten
tune rockers flathead screwdriver until doesnt move, scroll up 7 clicks all
install rocker cover + 7mm tighten
water pump pulley + 7mm tighten
starter motor + 7mm tighten
oil filter scroll up
spark plugs spark plug wrench tighten
distributor
tune scroll down until it stops, scroll up 27 clicks
screwdriver tighten distributor
alternator belt
scroll down on mouse all the way then up 2 clicks
screwdriver tighten alternator
fuel pump + 7mm tighten
headers
carburetor
headers + carb tighten 8mm
carb tune screwdriver scroll up 50 click, down 23 clicks
air filter + 6mm tighten
paint engine
