You can use stuff at grandmas house, sleep there, save and cook something but you need to choose option in menu in mod settings "ability to live with grandma" or something like that and then you can use all the stuff

It's probably a bug try to save the game and try again and also make sure to unbolt all 3 bolts holding in the engine
do you know if my satsumas headgasket needs to be replaced there is blue/white smoke coming off the engine sometimes

Try using msceditor and check. Under the Satsuma reports tab if anyone is red then you need to replace that part or just click on the fix button

It should be in the mod, if it doesn't appear then go to the mod menu and reset the mod to deafult
