And even some calls didn't make it, like the ones from random events or the ones from Tlad and Tbogt

I can see how no one care about this, but GTA IV writers clearly wanted the fails to be detailed and unique... while in GTA V they didn't care about that kind of detail.

What GTA 5 FAIL Calls and Cutscenes? All I ever got was "Mission Failed." Makes me miss the GTA 4 ones.
By The Book and Michaels boat mission are few of the exceptions.

All three GTA IV protagonists give an angry/stressed face every time they fail a mission, get busted or get killed. Nice detail for a 2008 game.

Even though it's often frustrating to fail some of these missions unintentionally because you have to start again with no check points, its often funny to see the failed cutscenes or phone calls.

As a fair comparison, the TLAD and TBOGT fail cutscenes and calls should also be included to show the full picture (and GTA V ones are even further outnumbered). I think there are not many in GTA V because of the full introduction of the checkpoint system (but not just the text start over), so the developers are expecting people won't actually have a chance to watch them.
If you include TLAD and TBOGT fail cutscenes & calls, this video would be nearly 2 hours.

it's interesting to think abt these "alternate timelines" when Niko fails the missions
but there's some that piqued me the most :
Dimitri dies : Yay you just successfully eliminate the guy that would turn your life into a miserable hell (rolls credits), but Mikhail would have some words with you & it ain't pretty
Anything when Roman dies : Mr & Mrs Bellic (Deal) but it much more earlier/Losing your Lover AND your Cousin isn't gonna do much good for Niko (Out of Commissions)
Any Frankie's mission : Niko will eventually be arrested by Frankie & being used again in prison by him (possibly silencing anyone who still had beef with Frankie while inside the prison)
Mr & Mrs Bellic : Niko missed the wedding but at least Roman (Deal)/Kate (Revenge) are spared from their horrible fate (for now)
