  • Did you know you could use Microsoft Edge as a FREE basic PDF editor? It’s basic and doesn’t have all the tools that some premium programs do, but Edge does a great job with a number of useful tools. Microsoft Edge browser is a great PDF editor, viewer, and reader. Since you already have a fantastic, free PDF application that can be used to accomplish almost all the tasks you need for your PDF files, you don't need to install any additional software on your computer. Here's how to use Edge to open PDF documents, set it as your go-to PDF program, and take advantage of all the features that make Edge an excellent all-around PDF application.

Edge is so powerful. My current favourite browswer for sure

It really is a nice browser and I was amazed that it works so well as a PDF editor, while most other browsers normally only work as viewers. Thank you for watching. Take care.

@@dennisray3235 yeah you're right. And recently Adobe PDF reader wants you to pay the premium suscription in order to rotate files (which is outrageous) and is so resource-demanding that I stopped using it completely.

As I told Franco, I was amazed to find that Edge works as a PDF editor, when most other browsers only work as PDF viewers. Thanks for watching. Take care.

How do you rotate only one of the pages. When I hit the rotate page, it rotate all pages.

Unfortunately Edge is not advanced enough to rotate pages separately. Here is a online site where you can edit PDF forms for free, it can rotate pages of a form separately: www.sejda.com/pdf-editor. Good luck and thanks for watching. Take care.

If you have Windows 10 or 11, you should have Microsoft Edge Browser in your apps. If for some reason it's not there, you can get it from the Microsoft Store. Do a search for Microsoft Edge Browser, it will find it for you, and you can install from there.
