I am trucking long distance for 15 years . All is well , except my wife cheats on me when I’m away . She says she gets lonely when I’m away . Inexperienced people enters in trucking industry and fuck the whole market. If trucking market gone more worst than these kind of people will washed out. PRIDE truck gives thousands of trucks to new companies without proper background check and now all companies of that kind are in serious condition. Big companies gets benefits from this situation and pay very less money to small operators. They want to get out of all these small businesses.
It was meant to be happened, there is always another driver on the other side ready to haul at lower rate causing downward pressure already on razor thin margins.
