Punjabis cannot get together ever. Also, trucking companies have been doing this for last 25 years since I ve been trucking. This will never change. This country is not any different from India. I think, most of Indians are fascinated to see fair complexion people, that’s all.

Dump trucking is worst. Most of the employers in dump trucking pay after two months. It’s a norm but troubling one.
canada ਦੀ trucking industry ਦਾ ਬੇੜਾ ਗ਼ਰਕ ਕਰ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਪੰਜਾਬੀਆਂ ਨੇ , ਗੋਰੇ truckers per mile ਵਧੀਆ ਰੇਟ ਲੈਂਦੇ ਸੀ & drivers ਨੂੰ ਵੀ ਵਧੀਆ pay ਕਰਦੇ ਸੀ । ਪੰਜਾਬੀਆਂ ਨੇ half rate ਤੇ load ਚੱਕਣੇ ਸ਼ੁਰੂ ਕਰਤੇ & drivers ਦਾ ਵੀ exploitation ਕਰਦੇ ਨੇ । ਇਸ ਦਾ ਨਤੀਜਾ ਵੇਖ ਲਓ , ਗੋਰਿਆਂ ਨੇ ਆਪਣੇ warehouses ਤੇ notice ਲਗਾ ਦਿੱਤੇ no pickups or deliveries by the first or last name singh

I would definitely like to know the other side of the story. Red FM should bring both sides to the table. At the moment, as a viewer I am not getting a full picture and some of the things Nick Singh said were very contradicting and you can tell he is just talking about one perspective and not really want to talk about the other side much.

No overtime in trucking, if working on payroll we have to pay around 2000$ tax every month which means yearly we have to pay 24000 yearly. So if we earn 75000 we pay around 25000 in taxes. So our income is equivalent to security job although truckers risk their lives every day. If some accident happens they deduct 5000$
Payroll is better for drivers.. not independent contractors. Pay taxes if you want to be Canadian.

Companies are deducting safety bonus but pay nothing , when students reach 8 month in experience they reduce pays as they know we can't leave work.

Get the proper pay have overtime after 8 hours , have vacation pay , have sick days off , have at least 31$ pay in city and more than 80 cent a highway as driver because these days factory worker and warehouse worker getting more paid than drivers . You guys already doing very risky job your life is always on risk .

Driver Inc model only benefits employer. Apne desi bande are under illusion that they are better off working on corporation rather working on payroll. It is a shame that truck driver is paid 21$ and fork lift drivers are paid more
Brother i want to work on payroll but company gives you same hourly rate on payroll as well ex 21-21$per hour. So how come we make money on payroll?

Trucking is suffering because ethics are missing from both ends( drivers and companies).
Talks should happens from both sides. If your team ever want to hear other side of narrative, feel free to reply this message. I agree to the gentleman that most of times its a ego war. But lets be realistic there is no way he wasnt aware of driver inc method before this. I cant agree on that. Amount of knowledge he is carrying.. i am sure he must have done his homework before going for driver inc way.

In Canada, every institution has flawed administrative structures and ambiguous policies. Owners cannot make their tenants to vacate home. Hospital waiting period is 10-20 hours. Tax structure is like after 90k you work hard to pay more tax than return. Non sense
