    Week 4 Day 1 done!!! Been busy today, but I manage to squeeze some times for myself.. It's not morning yoga for me but night yoga, it is such a good flow for both morning and night, anytime of the day where you wanna stretch your stiff body.. Very gentle and beautiful movement :) glad that I did not skip the practice . Thanks Marina!!

    I loved this warm up! Especially what you say in the end is very inspirational, I often get caught in my thoughts and my emotions and it's hard to get in control (especially now with the pregnancy and with crazy hormones)! But as you said, we choose what to think and we choose our attitude. Very good start of week 4!

    Today I was focusing your smooth transition between one pose to another. Tried but was unsuccessful 😁 I have to adjust my arms and legs in each pose. Looking forward to more practice with you ♥
