I’ve been told that since vents aren’t pure copper that you won’t get pure copper prices when they start allowing people to melt them. Yes there may be more than a pennies worth of copper in a cent, but it’s a 95/5% alloy

You have valuable data here!! You can go back and study if theres any subtle differences in your correct silver calls versus being wrong ... Not many people have the audio to study!!

I LOVE my vanquish but I use it on a beach when I want a no nonsense quick search of a area.. It has a outsnding program in jewelry mode with the programmed discrimination!! Ive found incredible targets with it including rev war stuff....

Hi Merrell, Dunno what to tell ya but it's the new year and I found a RING SPILL! Just cheapies though, 3 of them, I've only found rings and silver in the last month out of my entire 1.5 years of detecting! Still havent found a silver coin or any pre 1960 coin. I do have a Victorian garbage dig though!
Get a power bank Merrill take your charging lead connect it to your nox tape it to the shaft power for days

Appreciate your videos I have 3 silvers in the last 3 days 2 mercs and 1 rosey which is great for me. I think what’s helped the most is slowing down, 2 recovery speed and using different Freqs seems to be the ticket. Thanks again! Jim
New subscriber I love your channel. You talk about the e-trac has a good id on silver the best I had was a whites xlt you hit 80 or higher its silver. I use a nox 800 excalibur 2 and a deus. The xlt was a great coin hunter.

Merril would you say that the vanquish 540 is a more capable machine than the AT max? Just seems like Garrett is so far behind Minelab!
Hi Merrill. My son and I swing the Vanquish 540 here in Florida and have collected a few Wheaties now. I know they are more $$ than the newer cents so are there those who collect them or would buy them ??

Todays trivia is Nox frequencies. 4 khz is really 3703 khz, 5khz =4993 khz, 10khz=9984 khz, 15khz=14976 khz, 20khz=19968 khz, and 40khz=39935 khz. Took these measurements of of my Nox. I'm pretty sure your Nox will be the same since they are probably crystal controlled.
On second thought they may not be crystal controlled.
What did you use to measure the frequencies?
