This one's interesting, though. It's literally a mass of police brutality. When an innocent life is ended with a bullet, the mass increases by one. That's meant to be the underlying idea of this SCP. It is a mass of bullets with the will of those whose lives they originally took.

Oh, maybe it isn't the cat itself. Maybe it's the collective empathy that made this entity, while it is the insurmountable injustice that continues to forge it. It's either aware of or a part of the animals that were around when each gun was fired, and all are used to comfort or bring a reminiscence to the people around it. This thing is awesome.
Anomalies that aren't just heartless monsters bent on human extinction, almost always end up being the best ones. They're just out of the ordinary, and make great stories. This one, the murder monster, the gift from dad, and the bear with the heart of patchwork are some of my favorites.
I think the bullets are the ones fired only from a cop which has resulted in a innocent's death not bullets fired any other person or which hasn't resulted in death. Otherwise, the amount of bullets in it would've been immense.
Didn't they say it increases by about 1000 bullets a year? If this was truly linked to our reality then I'm worried the number would be even higher, but I want to believe that only 1000 innocent americans are killed by bullets fired by law enforcement every year.
@@PanthereaLeonis true I have seen cops take out their guns immediately on the first sign of trouble and kill innocents & if we talk of the whole world then......
@Andreas Glad you don't have much life experience. I can tell. But here's a thought for you; do you think someone born to a rich banker and someone born homeless are likely to lead similar lives?
Somehow this anomaly may have been created as a subconscious reaction of thousands of people getting murdered. Maybe the sorrow and hate of those people become strong enough to form an actual anomaly. It doesn't seem like it could be dangerous provided you managed to transfer it into an area free of law enforcement figures
Ah yes, law enforcement officers the greatest evil of modern society. They put their lives on the line every day to help and protect individuals that despise them. How monstrous.
Non lethal firearms exist. Pepperballs, beanbag rounds, rubber bullets, 40mm non-lethal, even a bola gun (although idk if that one’s been approved). You could even count tasers. Those weapons just aren’t used when people are high, drunk, dangerous, and/or too stubborn to be stopped by non-lethal.
It would seem that the SCP grows with the continuing number of innocent people being killed by gunfire if Arturo's story is anything to go off of so it's no wonder it would attack SCP foundation staff and even former cops.
It's likely this SCP would become a Keter-class in the future as more innocent lives is killed by cops or enforcers that by accident or pure intentional. Beside this thing only reacts against those so-called flawed justice system. It would leave the civilians with good hearts unharmed but not the damn corrupt officials and officers.
Ok I’m 100 percent sure that it grows by the number of deaths caused by law enforcement. Each bullet can be removed by someone close to the person who was killed. A sort of embodiment of gun violence, growing with every bullet that claims a life(likely unfairly, or else it would be MUCH MUCH bigger and grow at a significantly faster and more noticeable rate. It's an interesting concept. I like this one. It's hostile, but for good reason. It has compassion and feels anger. scp 577 is now officially apart of my oc scp team (a multiverse were scp's are super heroes and super villains and the foundation is like the academy from mha) i'm giving it all the powers said in this video but minus the whole killing thing instead it either did what it did in "all alone in the moonlight" (the scp story told in this) or it shoots the bullets from its body which can heal, paralyze, stun, knockout, burn, poison, hypnotize or just plain harm the target (i did this because i feel like a mass of sentient, levitating bullets that turn into a dog or cat that can be a shape shifting therapist would be a cool hero and if you think this scp kills too much then i should tell you that 50% of my other oc's end up killing the criminal they target all my oc's are either hero or anti hero)
WELL DONE YOU AND THE TEAM ‼️ I really appreciate this one as it actually touched my heart ❤️ What a great story and well narrated. Saving it to my playlist!
I wonder, what would happen if somebody from law enforcement turned against their own profession to do what was right, like shooting other cops to stop them from firing at a homeless guy? Would the bullet cat treat them like law enforcement and blast them to pieces, or would it sympathize with him/her for doing the "right" thing?
It probably started with Arturo, and with compassion, adopts the bullets of anyone killed by gunfire unjustly. I wonder how that poor D-class ended up in the system. He's a rare one with an ending that is more positive than negative. He found closure.
What if it also only contain the bullets of innocent people killed and maybe it only kills people that have killed innocents. Since that seems to happen alot with scp foundation which would explain why it kills scp members past and present
It seem more like the SCP reacts to authority figures more than the decisions of individual people. Remember, the SCP only attacks D class that were previously police officers or those working in similar fields. Although all of us know we can't assume that EVERY D class became that way due to being tried for murder (the foundation will demote their own members to D class as the video even stated), the video comes across as implying the SCP won't attack D class that aren't associated with any sort of authority figure regardless if that D class was jailed for murder- however, I'm not sure if the WIKI states specifically that D class who have murdered someone aren't safe from this SCP either. I think it gains power through the death of individuals caused by police brutality/authoritarian brutality (regardless if they are "innocent" or "guilty") with the main source of that power coming from executions of these individuals using firearms- hence the bullets.
Do the 914 tests since you’ve done 682 and are continuing to do so please do the one SCP that probably has the most experiments done on it with the most variety For god sake’s it has produced keter class anomalies along with a statue that makes it so someone can’t get a pay raise because it’s treated as a containment breach, you cover the most obscure but also the most interesting scps so this is my one dream to see on this channel, please

@@MarshmallowBoy I agree. I'd love it to be a reliable form of proving innocence and guilt. But unfortunately, being an animal, it can't really tell guilt and innocence apart. It only acts on instinct. And its instincts make it see any SCPF staff, or cops, as threats.
@@anonymousnoone7035 yeah that would be cool ngl.
We just went from SCP stories to police brutality to gun violence real quick
A sort of embodiment of gun violence, growing with every bullet that claims a life(likely unfairly, or else it would be MUCH MUCH bigger and grow at a significantly faster and more noticeable rate. It's an interesting concept. I like this one. It's hostile, but for good reason. It has compassion and feels anger. It doesn't kill for the sake of killing or out of pure hatred, it does it out of anger from those whose hearts reside in the bullets that make up its body.
scp 577 is now officially apart of my oc scp team (a multiverse were scp's are super heroes and super villains and the foundation is like the academy from mha) i'm giving it all the powers said in this video but minus the whole killing thing instead it either did what it did in "all alone in the moonlight" (the scp story told in this) or it shoots the bullets from its body which can heal, paralyze, stun, knockout, burn, poison, hypnotize or just plain harm the target (i did this because i feel like a mass of sentient, levitating bullets that turn into a dog or cat that can be a shape shifting therapist would be a cool hero and if you think this scp kills too much then i should tell you that 50% of my other oc's end up killing the criminal they target all my oc's are either hero or anti hero)
This made my tear up.. favorite scp right here
I think this SCP is every bullet falsely shot by police or soldiers
Then there should be way more bullets
@@russelllim4891 there probably is a lot more
Possibly made by an AWCY artist
This made me teary eyed
Theoretically if a D-class decides to never exit the chamber the Foundation wouldn't be able to do anything about it.
Food and water
This is one of only couple SCPs that made me cry
A floating mass of bullets that can shape-shift into animals ? Now that’s..pretty normal I guess ?
I think this might be one of my favorite scps
4:30 confirms a lot of d-class weren't death row inmates 0-0
WELL DONE YOU AND THE TEAM ‼️ I really appreciate this one as it actually touched my heart ❤️ What a great story and well narrated. Saving it to my playlist!
another amazing and unique scp!
Half of these storys make me cry, especially this one
I wonder, what would happen if somebody from law enforcement turned against their own profession to do what was right, like shooting other cops to stop them from firing at a homeless guy? Would the bullet cat treat them like law enforcement and blast them to pieces, or would it sympathize with him/her for doing the "right" thing?
This is my new fav SCP. I love this story bc all of its hidden lore!
i would still pet it
no matter what the downside is its totally worth it
It probably started with Arturo, and with compassion, adopts the bullets of anyone killed by gunfire unjustly. I wonder how that poor D-class ended up in the system. He's a rare one with an ending that is more positive than negative. He found closure.
The true anomaly here is how in the hell that officer got through training
The same anomaly that makes people think violent criminals are innocent and unarmed when they get shot
@@mcarrowtime7095 tbh I think everything is an SCP rn
@@dankmouse632 scp 001 man. humans are the anomalies
Dang man wasn't expecting to cry today
I think it gains power through the death of individuals caused by police brutality/authoritarian brutality (regardless if they are "innocent" or "guilty") with the main source of that power coming from executions of these individuals using firearms- hence the bullets.
i almost cried from that story with Rojas, god that was beautiful and sad
This sounds like a enter the Gungeon enemy
as somebody who has lost a cat. this made me cry a lot
Bullet cat, bullet cat. By the way I was watching limenade earlier, that voice over is definitely him
I was expecting something like the Harmless Kitten. I wasn’t expecting to tear up over a Bullet Cat.
As someone who lost their mother to gun violence,This hit hard
Nice
Mo
Bullet Cat sounds like a dope name for a band
Question: if you put a ps4 into scp 914 on the fine setting, would it turn into a ps5?
possibly, but it could also transform into a switch, or perhaps an anomalous gaming device. Either way, the ps4 would be upgraded
At very fine you would get a standard gaming PC.
@@calebleach7988 the switch is not an upgrade
@@pa-chicken that's debatable
This actually made me cry.
There are good cops ya know.
We know.
Good, I'm glad everyone else that watches this video has spoken to you and consented to you being the ambassador of opinions.
this is just adorable
So basically this scp is a physical representation of the phrase "fuck the police!"
yes
@Andreas Glad I think it's cute
ok but why did i start to cry when it said " for the first time in 10 years he got to feel his bothers heart beat again"
I think the old version where it was just a cat made of bullets that would get exited and zoom around its room was better.
I didn’t know this SCP had an old version. That sounds pretty good too.
Spotted the cop. ⬆️
Yeah, it was more of a simple anomaly and some people might like the simplicity of the classic SCP era.
yeah, this rendition is a bit too sanctimonious for my tastes.
"Why does this mass of living ammunition act so volatile?"
Hmm... I don't know... could be... *Nah it couldn't*
Do the 914 tests
since you’ve done 682 and are continuing to do so please do the one SCP that probably has the most experiments done on it with the most variety
For god sake’s it has produced keter class anomalies along with a statue that makes it so someone can’t get a pay raise because it’s treated as a containment breach, you cover the most obscure but also the most interesting scps so this is my one dream to see on this channel, please
it just breaks my heart to know that there's actual ppl being killed by police for no valid reason and the person who wrote this one probably wrote it bc they lost an innocent loved one to a cold blooded cop
Or, more likely, they’d just been on Twitter where they were lied to about how often innocents get shot by the cops (like Jacob Blake, the dude who was shot when he was reaching for a knife)
Great political and social commentary in the form of an SCP. I love it
If you mean it demonstrates how blunt the thought processes of people who believe the police are rampant murderers are, you’d be correct
You did not just make me cry over a cat made of bullets
We welcome this cat in the USA, unleash him to our enemies.
This one actually made me tear up.
