SCP-055 is also not a square which means it is Probably a Triangular Pyramid, or a Dodecahedron Etc.
It is also not green or silver, which means It is red because red is the opposite of green and is non-metallic as silver is metallic grey.
SCP-055 is also not alone, Just putting that out there.
It is also probably connected to SCP-4987 somehow.
Also if you were able to travel the multiverse you could use the pokemon Alakazam(a pokemon whos species has memorized literally everything that happened on their rendition of earth and have 5000IQ individually), to learn the Special Containment Procedures for the entities known as SCP-055.

What if we construct a list of adjacent attributes like “it doesn’t have 5 faces” and “it doesn’t have 7 faces”, thus implying it has 6 faces without identifying the number of faces it has. This way we can keep a manageable list of all the things it isn’t that outline all of the things it is. Like seeing the event horizon of a black hole. Technically we can’t see what it IS but we definitely can see riiiight around the edge of what it isn’t.

At the end of the game you get a summary of all the different achievements you've completed during your run. One of those achievements is "Recontained SCP-055", and it's always marked as completed. The player is left confused, as there's no SCP-055 in the game, ...until they realize, what SCP-055 really is.

The Foundation classifies SCPs based primarily on how easy or difficult they are to contain, not how deadly they are. The chamber is classified as "safe" because nothing happens as long as nobody walks inside. The Foundation has only assigned a minimal security detail, primarily to stop anyone from wandering inside accidentally.

I like the description/example offered by the website itself for SCP classifications: "A button that will destroy the world if pressed but has no other anomalous properties would be classified as Safe whereas a kitten that can teleport anywhere in the world instantly without warning would be classified as Keter".
SCP-055 has always been my favourite. It is such a simple idea but very well written

There’s an easy solution to this. Just make a recording describing what scp - 055 isn’t based off of its observable appearance in its cell. You’d completely avoid the anti memetic effect while at the same time getting a somewhat accurate description of it yet it wouldn’t be accurate enough to cause its anti memetic effect to make you forget it since you technically wouldn’t be describing exactly what it is.

Problem is as soon as you determine what it is, even if it's through solving your puzzle, you're instantly going to forget again. I record myself saying it's not a triangle and it's not a pentagon, but then when I listen back to that recording and deduce that I'm trying to imply it's a square, I'm immediately going to forget it's a square
I have 2 ideas on how to learn more about 055
1. Ask SCP-343, God, what he knows about it. He's God after all, so he must have some knowledge of it. He could even make something like a camera thats immune to 055's effects if we needed
2. Use that anomaly-proof metal they have. They made a helmet out of that stuff for tests with the Desire camera, so what if they put the helmet on a D-class again and had them go into 055's containment cell? Would they remember anything about it when they come out?

Damn, SCP-056 is a very interesting shapeshifter.
I like to think it was a different anomaly entirely, built to get the foundation's attention, and once contained switch of permanently and start emitting its anti memetic properties for good just to fuck with the foundation
That’s the only thing I could piece together as to why the foundation even felt the need to secure it in the first place.
