    I had the 'pleasure' of being in a race long 3 man break with Hank about 6 years ago when he was racing for UK youth. Out of Saddle spring road race. Needless to say it was like being motor paced for 50 miles and he just road away for the win on the last lap. Super stong.

    I rode one of the Chavanage Challenge events a few years ago and I remember you were really welcoming and friendly James, and you invited us to warm our cold hands by the fire afterwards - thank you! Love your presenting too, keep up the good work.

    Thanks for sharing about your background, Hank. You’ve exposed yourself to the wolves, here. Just ignore their snarls. 27 and continuing to follow your passions with success.     I love the poldark series and looked up the houses and history of the houses used. How I never put 2&2 together as I love this show is crazy.

    Excellent bio James, really enjoyed it. It's interesting how English people are still so seemingly entrenched in a class system, from the comments thrown around in the comments. Why would anyone care what his dad's house looks like? Unless you can ride fast you CANT be a pro cyclist, END of story full stop.     I watched Oliver's Hill climb from when he was still with Cycling Weekly. It was pretty awesome to say the least. I think GCN needs to one up it. With James and Oliver both doing it. Showing meal prep, training... Emma smoking them both up a hill... and then... Both of them go to the Red Hook Crit... Can't be one sided. James with a bit of fixie experience and Oliver with a bit of the hill climb experience.

    Hey Hank, super video. I’d love to know more about the roll you played within the sport as Dom and road captain. Perhaps you see road racing with different eyes by seeing what goes on within the roll in big tours and teams. There may be a vid you could do to highlight this aspect instead of the spotlight always being on the Sagan’s of this world. Great vid and thanks for sharing.. Kudos

    Sat at the table next to hank today at this very cafe stop, I didn’t pluck up the courage to say hello(I’m an idiot as this is the 2nd time I’ve done this after seeing gmbns Neil at cannop bike park). Hank seemed a nice chap wish I said hello now🤬 also stopped at his family home for a photo.

    @jameslowsley-williams I rode in the Chavenage challenge in 2017 my first Sportive. Loved it. I am sure you sailed past me going up a hill on his canyon and I asked for your bike! 🤣 Unbelievable setting for a sportive, should do one this year.
