This box definitely contained a lot of bang for your buck. I just punched this and S.P.Q.R deluxe at the same time. Absurd amount of counters between the two games. I also punched The Warrior Queen at that time as well. I have plenty of Roman battles to fight Rough!
I just can't do the paper map route. The folded corners always tear. Lots of battles to keep you busy though. I'm surprised there's 🚫 Alesia. Interesting though Rough.

I always lay plexiglass over the map - no more damage and even somewhat spill resistant
I got this a few weeks ago... would be great to see some playthroughs... just sayin 😉

Yes Alec but a good series and this (along with SPQR) has a lot of game in the box!
Some of this series are on my shelf of shame. The supposed complexity of the rules has put me off.
