There has to be a pharmacist’s license. I guess you can own one but you must employ a pharmacist whose license you would use to register the pharmacy. I hope I answered your question.

To study medicine and surgery in some countries like US,Uk,Canada, you’d need to have a bachelors degree first. Then you’d take some tests, if you get admitted to medical school, it take about 4 years but you can do more research to confirm

Yes you can, although you will have to pass maths and physics in your first year of school
