You have another antivirus installed which overrides windef's settings. Go to that antivirus's dashboard to check what you can disable, and what you cant!

Techademics I figured out how to turn off real time protection permanently. No one even noticed this one switch. Tamper Protection Disables Real time protection and it does not automatically turn back on. Turning off the main Switch real time protection only stays off for a short time. that is a useless switch. Can you upload this on youtube? Theres no youtube video about this.

Correct. If YT allowed down-votes to show up anymore, this video would stop wasting people's time. It doesn't do the job .. you need to disable tamper protection too
