My sister Arletta had a Black Ford Convertible FAIRLANE. She had the Beehive Hairdo with her scarf tied on her head. And her Bigg Sunglasses. SHE WAS JUST BEAUTIFUL. THOUGHT SHE WAS SOOO DREAMIE!!❤
I so wish there were lots more of these stores. It would help others to have homes, keep things from the landfill and much more economical to recycle for those of us that enjoy thrifting. This store is always so well displayed, clean, neat and affordable. I used to love having to decorate an old shoe box for Valentine parties at school in the 60’s, so much fun and something we’ve never forgotten. Fun trip Kelly, thank you❤.
Love that first table too. Beautiful things today. The cut glass is do romantic for Valentine's day. 👍💕

When i was a child (temporarily living in Haiti), we had a green Chevrolet, must have been 1965. Which model it was, i can't remember. But it was green and we went to the drive-in cinema in the evening. I was sitting on the car roof. That was great! Greetings, (formerly Marie von.R.) from germany 😘

I remember several Corvairs around the neighborhood. I also remember Ralph Nader saying how dangerous they were. I brought in a nwsppr clipping of the govt coming to a different conclusion in ‘72. I was 12. Funny what we remember! My friend’s mother had a PINK CADILLAC. My mother drove a Plymouth Dart when I was really little, then a yellow Duster. My grandmother got a new Nova every few years. She was a working woman! And the old phones!! Great memories. Thanks, Kelly!😽🩷
Oh i love old cars - they're breathtaking! thanks for the pictures! My Dad had a Corvair, around 1963-4, but my Mom made him sell it for a family car.

My dad had a 1956ford and I loved to lay down in the back glass area and I’d get warm and sometimes go to sleep. But dad let me get up there once in awhile while he was driving, and hit the brakes and I’d go flying to the floorboard. He wasn’t trying to kill me, he liked hearing me laugh!!!

Hi Kelly and yes, my parents had a burgundy Galaxy 500 and a 1964 Ford Falcon. That Galaxy 500 was a beast. My first car was a '71 Chevelle. My favorites today were the Mission style table w barley legs and the crystal. Beautiful and wonderful prices!!! ❤

Those are bud vases. The prices are so good there. I remember Look Magazine. I never have liked side by side refrigerator, but for 150.00 I could make do lol. Gosh, I remember our big ol blue station wagon when I was a little kid, but I don't know the name of it. My dad had a 1965 Volkswagen Beetle when I was in jr. high and I loved that little car.☺
I do!❤ Except we made our " mailbox " out of Kleenex boxes for Valentine's day...we all went around delivering " our cards to everyone in home room...

I had a brand new 1965 Ford Mustang and the color was Gulf Stream Aqua! It was my first car ever and I loved it! I got my first job and a new car💜💜.
My sister had a Rambler and one day she drove us to town and the clutch went through the floorboard! Oh what an adventure we had. 😅
