This model house is customizable and is built to state code! The house we are touring today is a “site built.” The manufacturer for this house is Beazer Homes. The model for this home is the “HAMILTON” This home has 4 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms and has roughly 2,500 square foot. Let me know what you think about the video! I see this home was built by Beazer, which reminds me of the time my brother, parents, and I all went to visit my sister and her family in Florida. My brother and I decided to take a drive to look at the subdivisions in the area, as he was considering buying a home down there for our parents. Driving around, we saw a billboard for a Beazer development in the area. My brother turned to me and said, "Put your geezer in a Beazer!" We were feeling kind of punchy from dealing with our dysfunctional family, and while it wasn't politically correct, we just roared with laughter 'til we were practically crying. That phrase goes through my head every time I see an ad for Beazer. 🤣

This house looks very familiar. I’m having a déjà vu moment watching this video. Why are the hinges on the exterior doors on the outside and accessible for all robbers to enter the home? It’s a beautiful home as is the cost, I’m sure. Thanks.

I wish you could tour some homes available out here in the westcoast. Every time I look at homes I like they don't have any dealers or sell them out here😢 The few manufacturers I research don't have many pictures or any tours of their homes, just floor plans 😔

Lots of cabinet/counter/pantry space
It's driving my daughter nuts. When you go into the rooms with the toilets in them would you pan the camera up to show there are ceiling fans in there. She won't believe me, but she is 14 after all 😅

Beazer makes beautiful homes. Do not like any entry/exit doors recessed for safety reasons. Anyone could jide around the front and attack you when you come past the entry.
Security is very important to me too 😊

I like the recessed doors, but they also make nervous. They can stay if I can come and go from garage 😆

Me, too! I have an acrylic 1-piece shower enclosure, and despite showering with the bathroom door open and the fan going full blast, I still have moisture damage on the drywall above the enclosure.

Chance, This home is amazing. I think the only thing I would change is that outside front door entrance. It seems very narrow & too closed in. I like to be able to see when I walk in or out my front door. Never know who's lurkin' around. Not too much longer & you'll have the baby making noises, too. 😊

I love pretty much everything about this house!! A few of the things that really stand out to me is all of the bath tubs/ showers being tile & the closet spaces being so well thought out with all of the built ins! Also really love the master bath, esp the tile in the master shower!

A very nice place. IT HAS COAT CLOSETS!!!! Two things I'd change. First I'd want a basement. Basement stairs could go where the Study is. I'm thinking then the Pantry could be larger. Second I'd want a bump out by the Master Bath and Closet. I'd have the area rearranged so the Bathroom is larger so you could have a tub and a large shower or do the tub in a large shower room. Then position the Closet so you don't have to go through the Bathroom to get in to it. Redoing that area you could also make the Bathroom for Bedroom 2 larger. Put a larger shower in it. It would make it a good Guest Bedroom with a nice size bathroom.
Just found you today & you’re already one of my favorite TH-camrs! I not only like to see the back porch but the back elevation, it seems that a lot of builders consider it an afterthought. It doesn’t look like that’s the case here.

I see it says Beazer home's, when I lived in California when my Mom was still alive we would look are new homes in Palmdale - Lancaster area and Quartz Hill and I remember Beazer home's had a sign there.

Definitely a different layout and I'm not mad about it. Only thing that always throws me is the cost! I do love looking though!
I love this beautiful home. I love the beautiful kitchen and Master Bedroom and bathroom. Love the shower and all the closet space. Love all the room in the pantry. Also love the pantry dance.
I love this house!❤❤❤ Hexagonal tiles in the kitchen backsplash and in the floor of the main bathroom. Hexagons are my favorite geometric shape. 😅 The undermount bathroom sinks, the kitchen sink, perfect , thanks for this. Conroe Tx is very hot I used to live there, Sacred Heart church, I miss those lovely people but can't live with that heat
It is a beautiful home. I have 2 questions: Why can't you go with the flow of the home you go to and fro and walking backwards into the master bath. Why does the tile shower have to be last but not in this house, just asking.
Hi! He saves the Master Bedroom for last. The shower is usually the last thing as it's usually very nice. He enters the bathroom backwards so as to not give away everything all at once. It's all for a big reveal 😊🥰
@@FurballHacker I don't find the shower as a show stopper. You are not the one I am asking . Thank you anyhow. He could just walk in normal. I have a tiled shower and a tub for 33 yes. The show stopper is the kitchen.

I like the bathroom sinks across from each other like this. Could you give us some kind of measurements on the tubs in masters.
It's a pretty home, but I prefer the layouts of the older homes (think 70s and 80s) with larger lots.
I would change several things. Long walk down that narrow hall to take groceries.i would not want my child room exposed in front. Prefer between two other rooms. Only two exit doors?

As a person in the UK I cannot relate, why do you feel like you need all that distance between your and your neighbours? Though I do agree that for how big the plot is, you could easily make the house smaller and have even more garden space to mess around with
Hey Chance, You Need a bottle of water...To Keep your throat moist. .... OK...Love the Closets....Except the Closet in The Master Bedrooms, Bathroom. Nicest Oven I ever seen...I could cook up some food in it. I prefer wood instead of rack shelves & storage.

Beazer is pronounced bee zerr. We have them here in Phoenix. I like that it's single level, and the finishes were amazing, but I didn't really care for the layout. I'm not a fan of completely open concepts, and since I'm in a wheelchair getting into those rooms would be a bit of a challenge. Love your videos.

Wondering why both site built and mobile homes don't have a linen closet . Closets in hall or bathroom are not deep enough for folded sheets and definitely not blankets. Where are these supposed to go?

If it is it has a new elementary school right at the front of the house's nice school and the rest of the schools are within 2 miles of them will have a new Jr high open next school year
The pantry door should actually open our to access the pantry shelves with no hindrance
