Love this house. I would change all carpet to wood floors, add a walk-in pantry and get that microwave up higher away from inquisitive grandbabies. Upstairs I would make a kids homeschool section, a media room, and a bedroom and en suite.
@@thespicyonion Me personally? Probably not, I don’t have the patience for it. As we’ve learned recently kids need interaction with kids their age. I would end up making it a homework area with a library.
I am only 2:23 into this video and only on the outside and I’m already making deco decisions that I’d do. Like on the back I’m already building a back deck with a hot tub. lol. Can’t wait to keep watching. Let’s Go!!!
Chance every time I see your baby son in your videos, he brightens up my day. Moreover, the modular home you've shown is nice and large for a big family.
I'm a little for supper but this house is gorgeous. I love everything about it. I would definitely finish off that upstairs. That's 1,800 more square footage of living space. You could fit 3 more bedrooms up there. Or a family room and 2 bedrooms and more 2 bathrooms. Maybe even an in-la apartment. The light that house gets with all those huge windows is a great selling point. Imagine waking up to all that beautiful natural sunlight every morning. It has so much space and everything is so opened and accessible. The only change I'd make is to add a fireplace in the living room and maybe even the master bedroom since they back up to one another to make it cozy in the winter and add a sunken tub jacuzzi n that master bathroom. I can see myself retiring and growing old in that beautiful house. whoever designed it get's 2 thumbs up and 5 stars for such a gorgeous floor plan. Oh, and I would also extend the front porch a few feet so I could sit out there in the evenings in my rocking chair listening to the crickets and watching the fireflies. I atch your channel all the time and this is one of the better homes you've shown so far that I just love and I have to have it...I just need a place to put it.
That's the biggest one I seen 2 storage ones yeah that company made good house mom got a double wide from them in 2006 had went back to that house this January it still standing strong till this day with all the bad weather and storms that we get here in Alabama yeah they built good ones if anybody looking for a decent home from them thanks for the video.

I think this is my favorite home so far. I love that all the rooms are big. Awesome! The master suite bathroom I would definitely put a bathtub and have double shower head for that huge shower. Yup me dreaming right now hahaha oh and that attic has so many potential possibilities. Workout room/small recording studio/ vlog room, whatever. Really love this house!

This is a beautiful home! I’m not really a fan of floor to ceiling windows due to a bit of paranoia. They might be great if you lived in a big field, but I think most people are going to live in neighborhoods. But that’s just me 🙄 I’d love to see the upstairs finished. It looks awesome! But I love seeing Cullen. That sweet little guy is really growing! Blessings to you and your family.

Yep! Cullen has by far the best dimples on this side of the earth. I remember seeing this home before, and I still think it needs a walk-in pantry and a bathtub in the master bath. Oh and please, NO carpet!

I love how this doesn’t look at all like a modular home. It looks like an on site built home. I’m curious how it’s transported to a location. The only thing that bugs me is carpet in a dining room but I guess most have area rugs anyway.
Modular homes are generally transported to the job site much as manufactured/mobile homes are: in sections that are at most 15ft wide, riding on a wheeled chassis pulled by a truck. The difference is that manufactured/mobile homes are designed to be moved again if desired; modular homes are placed on a permanent foundation with the expectation that they will never be moved, and are thus generally indistinguishable from a site-built home.
Absolutely gorgeous. That upstairs is another whole house. Like you could make that into a 2 or 3 bedroom apartment and rent it out. Amazing home. And this company is also amazing they try to make the home exactly what you want and they don’t make you feel foolish about any of the little things you may personally want.
The only thing I would change is the deck on the front. I would build out the deck around the bay window so it would be the same width all around the front and it would look so much nicer as well.
This house is beyond beautiful!! That upstairs would make an awesome sewing studio and I'd still have space for another bedroom and bathroom up there! If this were my house, I'd turn the laundry room into a walk in pantry with room for a freezer and then turn the smallest bedroom downstairs into a laundry room, so I wouldn't have to walk through the living room with everyone's dirty clothes! Eww!

Super nice. Beautiful. Would like a fireplace in that beautifully naturally lit living room. Not a fan of the gray floors. Farm sink to replace that shallow sink. Laundry and half bath is brilliant. Tile shower in that beautiful second bath would be awesome. The windows are dreamy. All of them. Master bed windows are divine. Surprised at all the carpet. Dream house.
You are so right about the microwave location! :) Love this house as it sure doesn't look like a mobile home or a 'trailer'. I hate double sinks as that means an extra sink to keep clean. I grew up with mom and 4 siblings with one bathroom and one sink in it and we all got ready in time for whatever we were doing. People today are spoiled. As long as there was A/C into the upstairs, I would take that whole space for my sewing, crafting, long arm quilting, office area. I would be using all that space to run a sewing business of some type. Thanks Chase.
