This prefab house has some of the nicest features you will see in a modular home and the layout is one of the best I’ve seen!! The manufacturer for this house is Nationwide Homes. The model for this home is the “Concord” This home has 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms and has roughly 2,632 square foot on the main level. Let me know what you think about the video! Love this house. I would change all carpet to wood floors, add a walk-in pantry and get that microwave up higher away from inquisitive grandbabies. Upstairs I would make a kids homeschool section, a media room, and a bedroom and en suite.
Same! I hate the carpet in the dining room. Yuck. I hate carpet period except in bedrooms. Hardwoods would be perfection.
Yeah definitely needs a pantry. Hard to believe a home that size doesn’t have one.

Same here! I would ad a fireplace in the living room and in the master bedroom suite.
@@thespicyonion Me personally? Probably not, I don’t have the patience for it. As we’ve learned recently kids need interaction with kids their age. I would end up making it a homework area with a library.

This is my ABSOLUTE FAVORITE HOME you have toured… I have actually gone and saw this home in person. (I live about and hour away) it’s even more beautiful in person. My husband keeps promising that he will buy this home for our family one day….All I can do is keep the Faith and pray!

This is a beautiful home! I’m not really a fan of floor to ceiling windows due to a bit of paranoia. They might be great if you lived in a big field, but I think most people are going to live in neighborhoods. But that’s just me 🙄 I’d love to see the upstairs finished. It looks awesome! But I love seeing Cullen. That sweet little guy is really growing! Blessings to you and your family.

I think this is my favorite home so far. I love that all the rooms are big. Awesome! The master suite bathroom I would definitely put a bathtub and have double shower head for that huge shower. Yup me dreaming right now hahaha oh and that attic has so many potential possibilities. Workout room/small recording studio/ vlog room, whatever. Really love this house!

Yep! Cullen has by far the best dimples on this side of the earth. I remember seeing this home before, and I still think it needs a walk-in pantry and a bathtub in the master bath. Oh and please, NO carpet!

I LOVE the low microwave!! We have several kids who have a disability that includes short stature. They can get food out of the microwave without it being above their head. Must safer.

I like it. But I feel like with such a big house. They could’ve made the closet twice as big. No vanity or tub. I want both a tub & shower.And the kitchen was pretty small. Also it’s missing a wood fireplace. All that being said. It’s a fabulous house! Very beautiful. I’m just a stickler for some of my dream specs.

Chance, you said towards the end of the video, the video you posted just before this one showed the fully finished upstairs. I went back and I checked, and that video is of a single story double wide.

Also a suggestion going forward, we love watching your videos every week, when you show a pan shot of the other homes on the dealers lot, could you please consider grouping all those homes from that manufacturer in a play list? That would make it easier for us to check out all the homes from those manufacturers in one group. You show a different house in the backgrounds of some of your videos and I can't help but think, "I want to see that one in the back!"
I'm a little for supper but this house is gorgeous. I love everything about it. I would definitely finish off that upstairs. That's 1,800 more square footage of living space. You could fit 3 more bedrooms up there. Or a family room and 2 bedrooms and more 2 bathrooms. Maybe even an in-la apartment. The light that house gets with all those huge windows is a great selling point. Imagine waking up to all that beautiful natural sunlight every morning. It has so much space and everything is so opened and accessible. The only change I'd make is to add a fireplace in the living room and maybe even the master bedroom since they back up to one another to make it cozy in the winter and add a sunken tub jacuzzi n that master bathroom. I can see myself retiring and growing old in that beautiful house. whoever designed it get's 2 thumbs up and 5 stars for such a gorgeous floor plan. Oh, and I would also extend the front porch a few feet so I could sit out there in the evenings in my rocking chair listening to the crickets and watching the fireflies. I atch your channel all the time and this is one of the better homes you've shown so far that I just love and I have to have it...I just need a place to put it.
This house is beyond beautiful!! That upstairs would make an awesome sewing studio and I'd still have space for another bedroom and bathroom up there! If this were my house, I'd turn the laundry room into a walk in pantry with room for a freezer and then turn the smallest bedroom downstairs into a laundry room, so I wouldn't have to walk through the living room with everyone's dirty clothes! Eww!
This is my perfect! The only thing I’m missing is my kitchen pantry but I’m quite sure I can add that in there somewhere !

That's the biggest one I seen 2 storage ones yeah that company made good house mom got a double wide from them in 2006 had went back to that house this January it still standing strong till this day with all the bad weather and storms that we get here in Alabama yeah they built good ones if anybody looking for a decent home from them thanks for the video.

everything is Great but the wire racks, why did they do that instead of wood?
My guess is that the wire rack shelving allows easy and fast adjustment of the shelves. Any home improvement store will have all the hardware you need for this. I'd also guess that you can have any kind of shelving you want installed if you buy one of these houses (including the option of having NO shelving installed -- just finish the walls -- and you can install whatever you want whenever you want.
Floorplan at 3:44. Great floor plan. Be easy to add on a big pantry .

Absolutely on adding a pantry -- good idea! Take the space out of the utility room, and extend the utility room into the attached garage.

I remember this one! Can't believe it's going on 2 years since it was posted! Loved the spacious guest bedrooms and that master bedroom was ginormous! Kitchen is beautiful, put needs a pantry! Always enjoy throwbacks! Cullen is the cutest co host too!! Stay cool in the heat down there! It's hot up here in PA too!

This is such a beautiful home on the outside. I love the kitchen and the laundry. I would put cabinets over the sink area.great layout! Nice size bedrooms. Oh, how I love that master closet! And the bathroom. I can’t get in and out of a tub, so the shower is perfect. And the bonus room would be perfect for my sewing room! Lol Thanks for this one, Chance!

OK who makes the pre fab modular home ? What's the name of the kind of house it is?
I love how this doesn’t look at all like a modular home. It looks like an on site built home. I’m curious how it’s transported to a location.
The only thing that bugs me is carpet in a dining room but I guess most have area rugs anyway.
Modular homes are generally transported to the job site much as manufactured/mobile homes are: in sections that are at most 15ft wide, riding on a wheeled chassis pulled by a truck. The difference is that manufactured/mobile homes are designed to be moved again if desired; modular homes are placed on a permanent foundation with the expectation that they will never be moved, and are thus generally indistinguishable from a site-built home.
Since Cullen is in the picture the house is automatically sold.

The only thing I would change is the deck on the front. I would build out the deck around the bay window so it would be the same width all around the front and it would look so much nicer as well.

I enjoy your videos, you show a range of starter homes to higher end modular homes. And for some people those single wides are a mansion to those who have never had a home and aspire to own one day.
The main bedroom and bath did it for me. I wish they had homes like this in Arkansas!

It’s such a shame that the manufacturer will only construct this in NC. My wife and I absolutely love this floor plan and, as a recently newly couple with the thought of starting a family in a few years, this would be awesome to grow with.
I now live up in MA, moved back closer to family… any idea if there would be a builder or other manufacturer that could construct this or something very similar?

You might be able to find a builder that can do this for you using the same Floorplan

Not many eat a big breakfast anymore.. Most use the bar for a bowl of cereal 😊
That half bath downstairs is so convenient...but the large window??😨 I mean, I would like to have privacy in the half bathroom...so a small window would be nice and gives more privacy...😉

Great looking house! I would be one of the ones where it's a no-go with the microwave as well as the conventional oven that low... It's just _too_ old school! Install them at waist height...it's far more ergonomical and helpful as we get older. I'm all for colour...but I found Vanderbuilt had used far too much of the same colour(s). I agree with colour coordination, but would like there to be a bit more variation in the rooms... Overall though... _GREAT_ house!

🙄great place with my first noticing that i dont lover about this home is the front door knob&fixtures used as well as no guest/coat closet when you enter with the perfect wall for them to have doneso.. especially in a 2story home,Next up kitchen has no pantry or even a eat in bar,,&laundry room seems doesnt have any kind of folding counters or room to fold a sheet ..or hang dry anything...Lose the resin baTHTUB/SHOWER ENCLOSURES. AS WELL AS THE COATED WIRE SHELVING..&PERSONALLY THE WINDOWS ARE SLUNG TO LOW FOR MY LIKING..BUT SOME WOODEN CABINETRY WOULD BE MY CHOICE FOR HOUSE FULL OF WHITE SHINY CABINETS IS A PERSONAL DOWNER..AS WELL AS INTERIOR DOORS BUT THATS ALL CUSTOMISABLE I WOULD HOPE ..& ASSUME SO? PIECE 'DE RESISSTENCE IS THE ATTIC NO DOUBT A GAME CHANGER..
