Wonderful to see you and your friends sailing in Maine on small boats. You captured the essence of all that is good along with some fine sounds. Keep it up!
I've watched all your videos. I love small boat sailing and sail alone all the time in my home waters as no one else has a small boat like mine. I'm envious of the camaraderie I see in the area where you sail. Keep it up
@@LingeringLunacy Usually latter half of July and early August. It's when the weather and the wind settle out . The west coast of the island has better weather. Notre Dame Bay and Bonavista Bay are in my opinion the best places for sailing. Both are on the northeast coast.
99% of the time I find music annoying in these videos but yours was great. I still miss the sound of water on your hull though. Nice boats you have there.
@@LingeringLunacy i think its an old IRC design from the late 70's. Pretty lines. Head sail driven which is not great for short handing. Never heard of an NY40!
You have captured the wonderful joy is traditional small craft exploring. Thanks
Pete Peters
Thanks Pete! Hope our paths cross soon. Best-
Once for the title, once for the music, and once for the beautiful boats. Oh wait, I can only upvote once? Pity. Beautiful video, thanks!

This place , one step from heaven .👍☺️
Didn't come in expecting an excellent Sturgill Simpson music video, thank you!
Beautifull boat must be great sailing there...love those fishing boats too
More interesting than the Caribbean IMHO, but the water is cold! Always.

Thanks. I do have some good sailing buddies. I’m hoping to sail your waters in the near future. Is your pup a Brittany?
@LingeringLunacy a Brittany indeed. My waters are great places to explore. Lots of wind and weather changes though.
@@derrickburry1788 Derrick, what is the prime time to do so? You’ve really got me considering this. Happy New Year!;

Thanks, but that requires some mic tech I don't have to kill wind "thunder". Looking into it.

5.31 what is this yacht make and model please? Looks a bit like a red admiral, Holman and Pye?
NY 40 is my guess.
