The doctor did not even give an instruction how to administer it 🙄 as well how to dispose it properly... there is no container for the used syringe.... some Filipino doctors are not trained how to give a proper instructions to their patient.😔

I usually inject a insulin syringe by myself and i am used to it everyday but now I need to take EPO once a week and omg! it seems so painful than insulin syringe that I used mone os so tiny but what I saw omg! Talaga! Ang laki pala.. hehe but need tapangan.. I will try this later in my tummy thanks for the instruction😊

I self inject estrogen hormone once a week so im used to injections. Intramascular Injections in the thigh.
