Finally someone is giving unbiased review for the Fujifilm X-H2S. I am an ex Canon shooter and moved for Fujifilm many years back and never looked back!
Canon nowadays driven by corporate greed, they are trying to milk their customer's and force them to buy their expensive and overpriced lenses. I don't see any reason why people would stick to Canon when there are good camera systems out there for less money.
I did the same thing bro. Left the R6 after they said no fw update to fix the overheating and no third party lenses. Since then the Fujifilm XH2S has been my favorite camera
no one knows till they actually use the camera. Many people are hooked because their favourite TH-camrs own the system and so they are not ready to decide for themselves. I have owned and used most cameras and this was my very first time using a Fujifilm system. I was like why was I not aware of this system?. Because there aren't any popular TH-camrs owning and ranting about it. lol

Nice video. I also got the XH2S and am loving it. I literally shoot only in 6.2k glory only and having the ability to crop it the way I want is fantastic.

But Fuji lenses are expensive sometimes .
There XF 200mm f/2 is 6000U$D. Which is around the same prie as R3 .
And the XF 8-16 f/2.8 is also 2100U$D.
Canon has really made people justifying not buying their cameras from a “but Canon lenses are so expensive” stance to a man, I don’t want their cameras based solely on principal. Although a Canon fan - I really hope they pay dearly for the decision to block 3rd party lenses.
I love Fuji cameras and am one of the oddballs in that I never really liked their dial setup and would much prefer a PASM dial. My only sticking point with the XH2/s is that Fuji had two must have improvements - autofocus and IBIS as both were woefully behind the completion. They seem to have improved/slightly improved these areas but in no way shape or form are they near Sony or Canon. I hope future FW updates will address these issues because I really do want one of these cameras to replace my X-H1
I think you should rent one of the xh2s and really try it out. Coming from the best autofocus system camera in the world ( Canon R3 ) I can confidently say the the xh2s autofocus is really good now. If you liked the most focus system then you will like this as it's better than that. So there is a huge jump from the xt4 system. I have placed an order for the xh2 40mp version, am completely converted now 😅
@@JoeElementz One of the XH2 reviewer was saying the IBIS has been vastly improved vs the “S” version. Hopefully this can also be improved on the XH2S by firmware update.

I was in the Canon M system and looking to upgrade and I chose Fuji as my upgrade path over Canon and Sony.
did the same one year ago, from m50. the choice was beetween canon r6 and x-t4. I saved something like 1000-1500 bucks to get the same field of view and the quality I get stuns me, not to mention the experience of the dials and ergonomy. xh2s looks amazing but I'll eventually wait the x-t5 as I prefer the form factor and the dials.
@@hellni79 Ayo!!! M50!!! I loved my m50 for being small and light. I went with the XH2S because I got the free memory card promo. The XT line definitely gives that nostalgic feel and I would love to try it out since I have also old canon film cameras like the AE-1 and AT-1.
agree, was about to buy a canon r5 with its system and stop when i heard the news canon do not allow 3rd party lens. imagine as a youtuber using canon and not be able to reveiw many other 3rd party stuff... what a dumb move by canon....
XH2s is 1/3 the R3 in Italy, if they are even remotely comparable is a fail from Canon, I wonder what could Fujifilm deliver with 6k price tag

People talk as if full frame is the standard for photography. If it is, then they have medium format, buy that one and stop ranting about it not being full frame.

I think you are just going after the hype, you already get one of the best hybrid systems..unless you wanted to recover some of your investment since you realised it will take too long to get returns on investment asap. Where are the comparisons part ? Af, colors, pushing /pulling the raw files, lowlight perf? It's just sad that people preach the rumours bandwagon these days.
Also yeap both systems are both great and can deliver any job these days :)
Hahaha, the R3 R5 & R5c were the ones that got hyped, not much on the Fujifilm. Just for your info I already recovered my investment from Canon in the first two months so selling it is a gain. I am in the right position to tell you what both cameras are capable of because I own both of them and others are going by the spec sheet, so yeah this is my decision.

What dya reckon to the newer and even cheaper XH-2? It does 8K... but with worse jellowing... or R5C? Actually, R3 can do 192 fps burst, not only 30 fps
Yeah, but in reality, 30fps is more than enough. The rolling shutter on the x h2s is the same as the R3. Even with both the xh2s and the xh2 for stills, you still save over 1k buying both
@@JoeElementz will you miss the bokeh going APS-C from Full Frame? I noticed your ZV-1 lost focus a second when you turned around. It's that also a problem on R3 and X-H2S? It's got great bokeh though. You'll have to a setup video for your studio and filming kit at some point. Enjoy your weekend bro. God Save The 🤴
