    I have controlled Mysthenia Gravis with Mestinon. This video was very helpful.

    I just found out that I have Myasthenia Gravis. And has very stress before it became follow blown. So all this new to me.

    Such a shame. MG is not anxiety. I have no anxiety just very fast short breaths. Physiologically I cannot change that.

      Dr. Rowin recognized that situation for some people who have MG and posed that question to Jill Crockett, as follows: "Q: What do you suggest for an individual who is not in MG crisis, but feels his/her breath is shallow?
      Jill C: Go back to 3-part breath wherever you are. Feel the belly rise, become aware of it. Often the awareness will help you breathe deeper. It takes practice." (But we understand that might not be your personal experience.)

      @@MyastheniagravisOrgIllinois I wish that I could. It takes effort to make my belly rise, and I simply can't keep it up.
