This is how I make my best selling poop bag dispensers.
Required Materials:
4-1/2" x 3-3/8" Non-Fraying Material x 2
4-1/2" No. 3 Zipper (can be longer)
1-3/4" piece of 3/4" Fold Over Elastic
3/4" Lobster Clasp
