Hey Matty. Congratulations on your new channel, I'm looking forward to hearing your views from your extensive experience. Just some food for thought that might assist in people staying with you, if you indicate your going to link info to your vids, please do so.
@dieselGeeksOz can you use 18 code injectors in place of 11 or 13. Will I have to replace injector driver aswell or will the ecu not read the later model injector correctly? I have 2013 hilux I will be putting +30 injectors in and the originals are still fine. & a 2006 hilux with 300,000 on original injectors which needs new injectors. Any help would be much appreciated Cheers, Will
@@Spindooli-p4o hey Will. You can put those injectors in there and it will run fine. The 18 code injectors are a lot better in terms of their design and resulting reliability. Only issues are- 1- the 18 codes flow about 15% more 2- you can't code them. Hope this helps
@Spindooli-p4o you'd be fine around 2000rpm, but 3300+ rpm you will be quite rich and certainly visible smoke up that high. If you don't rev it, you'd be fine.
Awesome mate thanks great info
Mine is 500k and working pretty good
Excellent work Matty
@@scottdoney6926 thanks for the kind words
