Love this video! Can you suggest exercises for saggy skin under arms from the elbow up to the under arm. I'm older & am noticing droopy skin as I age in that area. By the way - the exercises you demonstrated for the shoulders are great to do at work where I sit slumped over my desk all day..they are very invigorating & stimulating. A real pick me up!

Bought the face symmetry package. Its really good. Jsut wanted to give some feedback. Wish you'd done it in sections rather than 1 video and also had pictures of the stages. Its 20 min excercise in 49 mins video. Once you understand wish you could just follow along without instructions rather than having to scrolling to get to the excercise. Makes it tedious and puts me off doing it. Even the pictures would help remind of all the stages. Plus a timer on screen. For these reasons I regret buying as I need 30 mins not 20 to compelte this regularly and its tedious scrolling.
