YAAASSSS. I found Black Hammer when i got fed up with the big 2, and I absolutely love it! I think I read both TPBs in a week and I went bananas when the last issue came few weeks ago. Great video, dude!

Hey Aaron, this is an interesting series and I was wondering if you'd checked out Alex + Ada by Jonathan Luna & Sarah Vaughn. It's an image book that kind of mixes futuristic technology with slice of life- and it strangely speaks to what's happening now in terms of the advancement of machines and human relations. Give it a read.

I've heard you mention Black Hammer a few times in a few of your top comics lists, and had always intended on checking it out (the fact that it's by Jeff Lemire should have made the decision a no-brainer). Smallll note: maybe mention who the creative team is on the brilliant series? You do make offhanded mention to Lemire, so I don't think the omission is deliberate. On the other hand, it could be a ploy to make me click the Amazon link. Damn your clever ploys.
I really enjoy how black hammer just deepens the mystery every single issue and develops the characters. Is very fascinating that these characters are wrapped in his entire mystery and every single issue just explores their background and stuff like that and their origins.
To basically give you some type of understanding of the characters.
Black hammer definitely caught me by surprise when I pick it up when it first came out. It was very astonishing how Jeff and Dean crafted this world. And by having influences of you know of all Marvel and DC characters. But make them vastly unique in their own right.
And I see why it won best new series for an Eisner award. And yeah I'm really enjoying how it's this huge thing that it has all these spin-offs coming off from it. To really expand this universe. That Jeff and Dean have made so entertaining. That you want to know every single aspect of this universe there's only a few other universes that kind of had that type of exploration.

Or just examples of the universe that Explore More of the characters in them and expands on it the entire universe in ways that we can't even imagine. This series is fantastic I can't wait for the ongoing series spinning out the page of black hammer that's coming down the line and I just got my Sherlock Frankenstein trade paperback. Can't wait to see many many years with this series.

Love your Bioshock figures. Been thinking about picking this up soon. I have so many on my list though lol. Just got Nameless in the mail yesterday so I'm excited to get home and knock it out. Next I think im either picking this up or Black Science.
