Hey! Question. I've read in multiple articles online that using #ffffff as artboard color is not advisable. I believe the reason is that it causes visual fatigue and is too strenuous on the eyes. Even #000000 is not advised for artboard(dark theme)and text color. But here, I see that you're using it and wanted your opinion on it
Hi Chetan, I was recreating Duolingo app screens as part of the design exercise for module 3 of your course. I referred to Duolingo's design system and created color shades for most of the colors used. Is it fine if some colors do not slightly match the shades that I have created?
@@DesignPilot Thank you for the reply. As I was creating the shades some of them did not match 100% with the colors used on the screen, I thought if I'm doing it right, and if yes, why was it varying from the colors they have used?

I think it comes down to personal preference. Apple themselves recommends those colors.
