I KNOW! It's extremely strange how ansh mehra's channel is more famous even though it doesn't offer this much value. No hate to him since he's doing his hustle but I wish algorithms boosted this channel more. It doesn't even show up on my search result anymore like it used to.
This is the best video for creating tonal values for primary colors that pass accessibility. I was exactly looking for this a week ago. Thank you so..so... much🙏
I think the amount of value someone can get here is nowhere close to the value someone can get in lakh rupees in boot camps. Such an amazing and deep knowledge.
Chetan, great video @16:41 if I am not mistaken, the background color should be green and the foreground color should be white. It is possible that things were missed in the flow. And for any beginner designer watching. It is important to note that accessibility applies not only to the color, but also to the size of the text.
I understand what you’re saying. However, contrast ratio doesn’t matter where the 2 colors are being used. If the contrast ratio is 5:1 for example, it will be the same if green is on top of white or white is on top of the green.
Great video mate, I am looking forward to your competitive analysis video, could u please include how to carry out research to inform design decisions. Please keep this videos coming man, I can remember your channel was one of the few channels I knew when I started my UX journey 2 years back. Well done mate
Hello Chethan Sir, is the video card that comes up at 10.30 "Design Components like a pro" renamed or revamped with some other thumbnail. I cannot seem to find it in your playlist.
Hey Chethan, thanks for this awesome gem of a content. What if I want to use a gradient with two colors as my primary button's color, how does the color system scale in that case
I have one question about the neutral colors in your "Picking neutral color video" we define one primary neutral color (let's say #000000) and then reduce the opacities to create a palette. Whereas here you have said to use hex codes from material design or the color designer site. It doesn't make much difference but what is the most optimal way?
So honestly there is no right or wrong answer. You have to use both in some cases. In case you have an element over another element, you may have to use a solid full Color instead of opacity. Or else you can through the below elements and it can look really ugly.
Sir material design mein tonal values ka scale 0 to 100 hai or O yani black or 100 yani white Every tone value between 0 and 100 expresses the amount of light present in the color And you said 900 ,800 to 50 I didn't understand
Can you please decrease the intro sound for all videos? Most of the students use headphones when they watch TV, but this sound causes headaches (even with the box) or distracts from focus! Does anybody feel the same?
This was no doubt the best video I've watched on Colour theories. Thanks a lottttttt chethan. This was just extremely valuable.
this is channel is gold mine

Sir ! Love your effort in the video. I don't know anyone better than you on whole youtube teaching these kind of stuff. Hats off to you🎉
This is the best channel I have ever came across for UI design.

You can create a separate swatch for it. But you need to use colors that are in your system
Great video, please make a similar video on creating and using typography system if possible. Thank you 🙂
Do check the video, I have a few videos on typography
When I run chroma colors it is not adding color to system. It's just showing 0 styles added? 🤔
Hmm. Weird. Not sure

The tonal value has nothing to do with the lightness of the color.
It’s just a name to identify the hex code.
When we creating an app this whole color palettes we use in the design
Like every color or only we need
You create a palette with the entire range. But then you can choose only what you need from that. You don’t have to use all of them
@@DesignPilot thank u
My Mac does not let Pika be installed!
what are those 50 - 900 ?
Tonal values

Maybe try decreasing the volume of your computer or speaker?
