Excellent news! Congratulations on your new role! :) I have created a video for you that will be extremely helpful in your new position. Please access it using this link: th-cam.com/video/znku_lZ8mA4/w-d-xo.html.
Good day I do enjoy most of your video. Pls kindly do a video that talks to your boss or employees about low salary when you are paying less than your expectations and your colleague which you change shit with earning more than you.
How long should i expect to hear from a company after sending my resume? Also, i resent mine because i had sent an inproper unedited version and told them i the mail when i resent it ?
Richard, I have a dilemma and I wanted to ask for your insight. I have received a part-time job offer in the graphic design industry but due to my financial needs, I am hesitant to accept. I have had a second interview with a different company for a full time position and it's the one I really want. The problem is that the second company seems to be in no rush to hire and I am expecting a third interview if they decide to proceed with my application. This is subject to change and it's not guaranteed that I'll be chosen. I am looking to reach out to the hiring manager at the second company to ask for a status update and let them know that I have received other offers but I really wanted to work for them instead. My question for you would be, how would you suggest I should do this without sounding needy or pushy? Thank you, Richard! Things are starting to look up for me thanks to your insight!
When reaching out to the hiring manager, express your continued enthusiasm for the role, mention the other offer to provide context, and politely ask if they could provide any updates on the hiring timeline, without pressuring them for an immediate decision. I hope this helps!
Yes, they had a column to fill it. I knew that they're not going to give more, according to their company rules or whatever. But still I wrote what my expectations were. For the job that I went to interview, knew I'm overly qualified. They liked my personality and behaviour and the executive director told me, look you don't get that much but you've to be doing these these chores and after training, background verification and all, she asked me not to leave out. Should I really do this?

I refuse to answer it. Every time. I ask what their approved budget is for that role. I will not get into the race to the bottom. Every time - without fail, the budget has been extremely low (which is precisely why they won’t have advertised it).
You should always know your worth and enter the interview with a set figure you won’t go below. You then need to demonstrate the value you will bring to the company throughout the interview to justify your worth 👍 What role are you applying for? :)
@@CareerVidz Finance, I was just joking, but thankyou for replying. I have always struggled knowing my worth... It's a gamble with those but sometimes they're a hidden gem. I still apply to those. My last job was one of those and I was surprised with more than what I was initially going to ask for. But I was the one who asked them what their range was.
