The last dish you made, meat in cabbage leaves, we do the same thing in Poland (it's called "gołąbki") but instead of bread crumbs with milk, we mix meat with cooked rice and serve it with tomato sauce :)

My husband does most of the cooking in our house and he always has to have a window to look out. He even put bird feeders and yard ornaments outside the kitchen window to increase the entertainment value. There’s something about staring outside while the pot is simmering...

Those cabage rolls remind me of a meal we eat in the Balkans called "sarma", but you use fermented sour cabbage and mix the ground meat with some rice, and you can add pieces of pork belly to the pot and then cook them. It's eaten throughout winter where I live, mostly with mashed potatoes.
I like the main husbento series because it inspires me to cook. But watching you eat food with your daughter really brings a smile to my face and makes me feel some joy. I hope we can have more videos like this one.

It’s so relaxing to watch these video and see the end product. The food is nothing fancy, just your typical asian foods (for some of you it is very fancy but asian just get feed well) for families to enjoy. It’s generally feel like home when I watch these video 🥰

My mother used to make it the way you're describing but she called them halupki.
I think cabbage rolls are like dumplings or noodles, tons of countries make them, but put their own twist on them.
We do it in italy too!
We do it on Brazil as well. We call it "trouxinha de repolho"
In Denmark they are called kåldolmere. Fast translate to cabbige roles 😅
