Hello, fresh milk will be indicated on the packaging. For the milk syrup, it is fine for up to 2 weeks. Provided you use evaporated and sweetened condensed milk. Mine lasts even longer than that :-)

How much to put if i use matcha syrup instead of matcha powder?
You would not be able to achieve the same result with syrup I'm afraid. You might get 'some' taste but not the colour and texture.
